These are the positions that you can apply for:
Writer - You will be the ones writing the articles for the newspapers.
Back-up writer - You will be the ones who will write the articles if one of the writers is unable to finish their article. This will require you to be able to write full articles with little notice in a short amount of time. You'll also be there for sections that will be added at later times.

Along with this application you should include a sample of your writing. This sample should be at least one paragraph (8-10 sentences) in length. And it should be an article/report on something. If you've already written an article for the guild newspaper, then you don't have to include this with your application, but you do still need to send in the actual application.
Let me explain the application a little bit...
Your age will have no sway in whether or not I'll accept your application.
For your years of writing experience, I just need to know how much experience you've had with writing reports or research papers; or how much experience you've had with newspapers/newsletters/yearbooks. You can also include any experience you've had with writing (and completing) stories of any sorts (short stories, novels, etc). Poetry is not included.
The position that you're applying for you choose one of the two that I mentioned.
And your areas of knowledge/interest should include a list of subjects that you're familiar with. Such as gemstones, gods, herbs, and so on. It should only include subjects that you have some sort of knowledge of.

Edit: Both of the co-editor positions have been filled. The writing positions for the herb, gemstone/crystal, God/Goddess, kitchen witches, Reiki, and meditation articles have already been filled. We still have a lot of articles that currently have no writers. And we'll also be adding new articles in the future, that's also what our back-up writers are for.
