Thieves thrive in the city of Valdemar, but most are caught. The few that aren't caught are those that quit early. Some manage to dodge the law with only one offense. Thieves are marked with an earing, which dangles from the left ear if the thief is a girl, and from the right ear's cartilage if the thief is a guy.

Powers: None yet, so far she's relied only on skill
Bio: Escaped from her noble parents at 5, stealing half of her mother's jewelry to sell. She was caught, but changed her name so the guards wouldn't know who she was. She was given her earing, then released. She has become more stealthy since then, and only managed to get caught once afterwards.
Appearance:
Hiding Out In: an inn/tavern, where she manages to make a measly amount of money waitressing, barely enough to survive. That's why she's still stealing.

Powers: His skills
Bio: He didn't like his parent's so he then ran away from home. He liked challenges so thats when he stole something and then purposly got caught. He then didn't like the clear earing so he stole again to get blue. After a while he grew tired of blue and then realized that the third offense was green, which was the color he liked. So he then stole again to get green. Meanwhiles he was stealing without getting caught just because he liked the challenge. He never tell's anyone that the only reason he was caught because he chose to get caught.

Character Name: Alice Gihane

Powers: No powers are known: She has raised her skills through growing tired of jail, and experience.
Bio: She ran away from her home at a young age. She would have been nobility, but she didn't like he way that sounded, so she became a thief to support herself in the open streets of a town that is not her own (not her hometown). She was caught a few times when she first started due to her lack of experience. One more will make her life horrible.
Appearance: Most of the time she has a hidden pocket knife.


Hiding out In: An alleyway, catching unsuspecting 'victims' to her skillful pick-pocketing. She hasn't found a place that will hire twelve year old girls

Character Name: Darquewillow Elventhing

Earing: Green, but wears it on his shirt instead.
Powers: Who needs powers when you have skill? Ok, so he has one. Nothing major though, just the power to be a bit less noticeable then others when he wants to be. So it's kind of like a camouflage technique. Gets pretty hard to be unnoticed when you're as sexy as him though...
Bio: Unlike most thief's in the world he still keeps in touch with his parents and is on pretty good ground with them. Though they think he's working as a manager in a pineapple company. But don't think just by the color of his earring that he's a minor, that just means he was caught three times. And caught on purpose at that, he likes how the earring color matches his outfit! Only caught for minor offenses, of course, but he's done a few great things that have got him in the papers. Who else do you think stole the bust of Lady Lathasa in just a few hours after it was made? Let alone steal it while it was under watched guard at that?
Hiding out In: Wherever he can. He's never one to stay in one place for more then a few weeks and might not even say goodbye when he leaves knowing that he'll be back in at least a month or two....or three.

Bio: when he was young his parents abandond him and he had to steal to survive.

Powers: Telekenises, Invisibity and manipulate water.
Bio: When she was 3 her parents died and she was sent to an all girls orphanage. The woman abused her and she made the pots and pans in the room float when she got mad. When she turned 10 she ran away from her home and started stealing. She got caught when she was 12 then 13. Now she found out she had the power of invisibility. She is also much more silent and when she turned 15 she found out she could manipulate while she was taking a bath. If she doesn't want to use her powers to threaten the person she uses the small sword she has.

Earing: Red (wears it on a necklace hidden beneath his shirt)
Powers: Can manipulate his atoms to move through solid objects
Bio: As a child, his parents beat him severely when he failed or made a mistake, leading him to hate them with all of his soul. He murdered them and ran away from home. Fortunately, the authorities never suspected him and thought that he had been kidnapped by the killers. He has been under the alias of "Walls" since these events in order to keep it that way. Despite being caught many times by the authorities, he always escapes using his atom manipulation. He found a tavern where another thief worked and took up a position there.

Hiding out In: A warehouse in the poverty stricken section of the city. He works at an tavern as a waiter as a cover for his thieving.

Character Name: Veleska Hatari ((She often gives fake names to people so that they don't know her real name.))
Age: 19
Earing: Orange
Powers: She doesn't have any, but her skill and her brains make up for it.
Bio: Veleska lived with a very poor family. Her father stole for a living until, but he was caught too many times and was sent to jail. She decided she would care for her family, so she began stealing at the age of ten. She wasn't that experienced at first and got caught twice before getting better. She liked her blue earing and didn't mind if people didn't trust her. She decided she would keep on stealing for a living and at the age of seventeen she was caught once. She then had a green earing, but she didn't like that color so she was caught again in the same year. She had the yellow earing and then she was caught at the age of nineteen and she had the orange earing. She really wants the red earing, but she decided, for the sake of her family to just stay with the orange.

Korsu was riding the cart horse down the road with the cart bouncing behind them. He kept an eye out for the inn he was supposed to be delivering meat to. As he rode down the road people kept side stepping out of the way of the horse. He caught sight of the inn and then stopped in front of it. He got down from the horse and then tied it to the front of the inn to a post. He walked in and then looked around for the innkeeper, his green earing catching looks. He smirked as he heard people start talking. He walked over to the innkeep and said "I have the meat you ordered" The innkeeper looked at him with a raised eyebrow as he saw the earing "Bring the meat around back to the kitchen and i'll pay you" Korsu nodded and then humming, he walked out of the inn and then took two stacked boxes out of the back of the cart and then carried them around to the kitchen. He set them down in the kitchen where the innkeeper told him to and then when the innkeeper made to leave Korsu said "Wait, aren't you forgetting something?" The innkeeper looked back at him then, grumbling, he paid him for the meat and then a tip. Grinning Korsu slipped out back, bouncing an apple on his palm that he had snatched while the guy was walking away. That was too easy he thought to himself as he went to his horse and gave him the apple, once the horse was done with it he threw the core away then walked into the inn again. He then sat down at an empty table.

((wow -cough- lol sorry for such a long post XD my imagination caught hold of me.. sweatdrop ))

Korsu glanced at her earing and then said "I'll have a water and beef stew" He then looked past her and saw that two people with their heads together. He heard them saying "Wow, two of them in the same place. This could turn interesting." He stifled a laugh and sat back in his chair.

(( It's ok, but damn girl! burning_eyes ))

Strutting down the road came old Darquewillow Elventhing, looking mighty fine in his everyday "work" clothes. Though he liked to be called Darque, seeing as how annoying it would be to have people saying his full name or even his full first name for that matter. Yes, Darque was on the top of his game today, he had just come from a neighboring town and now had enough money to do what he wanted freely,and do it legally at that. Passing an inn in his happy daze Darque snapped back to reality with a jolt as he ran into a fruit vender's cart on his way back to the inn he was heading to in the first place. He apologized quickly and held his hands out to show he hadn't taken anything, since the fruit vender had seen his green earring that was suppose to be on his ear but Darque had put it on his shirt to make a fashion statement, and to piss off the officials if they ever saw him. Back tracking back to the inn he had passed, Darque all but skipped, falling back into his happy daze from before.

He skipped into the inn, gaining stares from many of the people already loitering around inside, and ended up sitting down gracefully in a chair near the door. Unfortunately, the table he had ended up at already seemed to be occupied with a couple of unruly looking, hairy guys with black leather jackets on. Darque smiled at the two and laughed nervously as he stood back up and changed tables to one that was, thankfully, empty.

Darque sighed as he settled down in his seat, nearing avoiding a confrontation with two big thugs wasn't how Darque liked to spend his afternoons. Taking in his surroundings Darque noticed a few odd things; one: The waitresses serving people weren't all that cute except one, two: That same cute waitress had a blue earring on, signaling her being captured twice, three: The guy, who the cute blue earring wearing girl was now serving, also had an earring on, his as green as Darque's was, and four: There was another earring wearing kid in here! The aforementioned girl's earring was orange, not all that uncommon to Darque but seemingly not all that well seen around these parts. 'This is going to be interesting.' Darque thought as he leaded back in his chair, his own green earring stuck on his shirt glistening in the light.

"And my green associate leaves! How cruel is the world!" Darque said, mostly to himself as he watched the green earring wearing boy walk out of the inn, back to his horse. 'And he left without even getting his food!'

Then from the kitchen a thought dawned on the innkeeper "That boy!" he said.
The cook looked at him confused "'scuse me sir?"
The innkeeper started to get angry "The boy with the green earring! He just delivered meat! He must have snatched it while my back was turned!"
A waiter had just walked in at the end part and said "Well there is a boy with a green earring in the inn right now, he is at a table"
The innkeeper walked past here and then went out of the kitchen, looking for the boy.

Korsu peeked into the inn and then quickly got onto his horse and started off down the street again, going away from the inn. He had a big grin on his face as he patted his horse's neck.
