stressed We have all heard of alternative fuels of cars for a long time but which do you think will be the future of fuels? Hydrogen? Electric? Hybrid? Zero point? atomic/nuclear?
The way i figure it the equation E=MC(squared), states that even something with a considerably small mass can potentually have enough energy to power the world if only for a few hours or so. A baseball of .15 Kg has 3.75 billion Killowatt hours! (.15Kg x 297,600 km per second [speed of light] squared=88565760000/60=221414400/60=about 3.75) In other words energy isn't a matter of finding energy it's a matter of harnesting it. So what should the world run on?
I don't think that people really understand the gravity of this situation. If an alternative fuel isn't found we will be either set back well past the industrial revelution or worse the stone age or even extinction.

As far as I know I'm not sure what the future for fuel is. I know that is not helpful, I know something has to change and that there are some interesting things being put out there to be considered, but I am not sure what the future holds for fuel. I hope it changes within my life time or else I will be walking to work/college from now on. At 3+ dollars a gallon I forsee that very soon sweatdrop

3 bucks is insane i hate it. I probably won't be driving in college and when i get a job several years from now i guess that i will just have to get a job near by where i'm living so that i either don't have to drive far or i won't have to drive at all.

I work not to far from my house, and I have a little allero and it still costs me like 200+ dollars in gas a month
