Issue | 6
One month later and another newsletter. News on rules, contest and banning in general. As well, I’ve decided to change some thing with the Crew submission form.
Banning and Whatnot
From the last newsletter, some people suggested that, if people haven’t posted so far, than they probably won’t post at all. Honestly, I’m going with that idea. There are 45-50 members and only about 5 post. Those who haven’t posted at all and have been here for a long time will be banned. New members won’t be.
Rules
From the massive request from the roleplaying members, I have decided to cancel the original idea of 7-8 sentences per post. Though, I really want to see an improvement. Chances are that this idea might come back and it might stay. So, improve by the new year, or it might come back.
Contest
Yes, I said a contest was coming out. Due to life, I couldn’t really get it out but, probably by the end of today, the contest will be out and waiting for people to submit their ideas. Sorry for the long wait.
Crew
Alright, before you had to not have any warnings and post regularly to be acceptable into being a crew member. I’m getting rid of that. If I think you can be a good crew member, I’ll ask you. If you want to, than you are one. Don’t go asking me please.
Absence
I want to make this known. From November 28th-December 20th, I’m away. There might not be a chance that I’ll be able to post, but if there is, be sure I’m on. Be sure to continue posting because once I get a connection, I’m on and checking. Don’t go slacking off please. As well, I’m gonna miss ya all too. Especially since it’ll be when the contest is going on and Christmas is coming. Though I’ll be back for Christmas.

.Forever... This is the reason for the five sentences per post.
When comparing other literate roleplaying guilds, the bare minimum is about 5-7 sentences per. Going any lower than 5 sentences would make this guild not a literate one (by sentences standard) but a semi-literate or even perhaps just a roleplaying guild. With the sentence number getting lower and lower, if I were to change the rule, it might as well be a roleplaying guild in which almost anyone can enter.
In short, I'm not going to make the rule any shorter than 5 sentences because this guild is a Literate Roleplaying Guild. ...Together.

But but but, its not really literate. Considering half of us can't spell = And not all of us have a big vocabulary. xD Not to mention our punctuation sucks, including mine. I use way to many commas! xD So it might as well be Semi- Literate. Whats it matter anyway?? We don't have a bunch of amazing role players.

Well anyways, I agree with...none of you.
I don't really have an opinion on this matter.
I'll go with whatever is decided, unless it's the 7-8 sentences.

.Forever... Hey, I don't have that big of a vocabulary either. Hell, I'm learning huge words in english that are on tests and I thank god that its multiple choice. Besides that, your punctuation doesn't suck that much. And if you have issues with words, download the dictionary for Firefox or use Word. ...Together.

Heh, I manage my posts in LRPG fine, lol, and 7-8 is what theirs is at right now. I agree with the 5+ sentence stipulation, because it makes sense. I prolly won't make much noise about it because I'm not currently RPing with you guys, but if I was, there would be plenty of noise, cause short posts make it hard for me to get good content in reply, overall. So make those shiny sentences! It's good for you! (Just like broccoli.)
