Background Information
In past times, four clans- ThunderClan, ShadowClan, WindClan, and RiverClan- have prospered in a small area which are now Two-leg nests. The clans fled- and as they did, many cats learned of their ways and took it up as their own. They despise the kitty-pet life and live a life of war, love, loss, and hunting. There are prophecies from StarClan to fulfill, and lessons to be learned. They learn the ways of clan life and become one of the clan. Of course they have leaders too, if not the clans would not be in the order they need. Here are the rankings of the clan.
Kits- a kit is the youngest of all cats. This is the period of life from birth to six moons of life. They are cared for by the queens. Their last name is kit. (Moonkit)
Apprentices- kits become apprentices when they reach six moons of age. They gain mentors which are warriors, deputies, or even on occasion the clan leaders. Their last name is paw. (Moonpaw)
Warriors- once the apprentice has shown they are worthy to become an apprentice and have traveled to the Moonstone/pool/whatever your clan's is they will receive this rank. From it they can become many things. Their last name differs. (Moonstrike)
Medicine Cat- you must have been a medicine cat apprentice if you wish for this rank. Rarely but sometimes warriors become medicine cat apprentices. Medicine cats collect herbs and heal their clan members.
Queen- if a she-cat warrior mates with a tom, she will live in the nursery until her kits become apprentices. Her title is given then. Then she may become a warrior once more.
Elder- once a cat believes he/she cannot live the life of a warrior anymore, or is becoming blind/deaf, they will be sent to the elders den to finish their lives in peace.
Deputy- a warrior the clan leader wishes to become leader once the leader dies. Once one deputy dies, or the deputy becomes leader, a new deputy must be decided before moonhigh.
Leader- the best position in a clan. The leader receives nine lives to get their warrior name- it is painful, but at some times wonderful. after that, they are given the last part of their names- star.(Moonstar)

Meet the Clans
PlainsClan- a clan of warriors made smart by the tactics they must use to catch food on the plains. Hard to outsmart in battle.
OceanClan- a clan of warriors strengthened by the large expanses of water they catch fish in and swim in every day. Hard to defeat using strength.
Territories
I wish I had a map for this. Oh well.
PlainsClan territory is as it sounds- plains. The camp resides in burrows underground. Though it is hard to hunt here, it is also the best place to train. No clan should be surprised if warriors and apprenticed come here to train. If anything, that should be a given. There are a few small streams from OceanClan leading to the heart of their territory, but they are small; and when there isn't rain for a few days, the stream dries up. Still, it is easy to find herbs here. I regard it as a great place to live- if you love heat more then cold.
OceanClan is not an ocean- oh no. It is simply an island surrounded by a thick river. It is hard for other clans to get there. The river, though a bit murky, is fresh water, overflowing with fish. Since two-legs live closer to the PlainsClan, the clan can expect for there to be an undisturbed hunting ground. However, this also means that the land is open to wildlife like foxes and badgers more then in PlainsClan- it is hard to avoid them for more then a moon. Still, the animals are smaller then what you might expect, and even apprentices have battled and won. This area is quite heavily forested, though the clan can easily look past the trees and up at Silverpelt.
Plot

Rules
1. Absoloutly no Godmodding or Autohitting shall be permitted!
2. You cyber, and you are banned and stuck with a nice long report sent to the mods, got it?
3. Follow Guild rules (Duh)
4. Be literate please, avoid using ** for actions and please use "" marks for speaking.
5. When not in character please (()) ,[[]] or just plain old Ooc:
6. Colored font is always fine just as long as it isn't hideous yellow unable to read font.
7. Spelling errors are fine just so long as they aren't all the time.
8. Don't stretch the page, please.
9. Do not Spam or advertise here thank you.
10. Roleplay here in the third person please no using I and what not.
11. If you are gonna be gone for a long period of time, I gotta know so please send me a message, or post it in the last message you will be making until you leave.

14. If you start out as a kit or apprentice, when you become a warrior/medicine cat, the leader of your clan will give you a name.
15. Same thing as stated above goes for being born.
16. You may have as many cats as you wish!

18. The title of your mail should be the name of your favorite warrior.
19. Put a heart in your post if you read all of this
