1. FOLLOW GAIA'S TOS. Interpretation of the TOS is at the discretion of the crew.
2. EVERY THREAD MUST HAVE A POLL! If your thread doesn't have a poll within 2 minutes of the posting you are probably an idiot or haven't read the rules in which case you will most likely be banned.
3. FREEDOM OF SPEECH RULES HERE. If someone calls you an idiot, that is their opinion, and they are entitled to it, whether you agree with it or not. So take it like a man/woman but...
4. NO TROLLING, LIBEL, OR RACISM. If you aren't familiar with those first 2 terms, look them up.
5. DON'T BE DISRUPTIVE AKA DON'T PISS PEOPLE OFF. I don't want to have to hear people whine or b***h, I'll just ban you instead, it's much easier.
6. NO PAGE STRETCHING. It's friggin' annoying and repeated instances will find you banned.
7. BEGGING IS ALLOWED. If you can find someone who is stupid enough, i mean, er generous enough to give you money for free, then more power to you but don't be surprised if people think you're lame for begging. You really should have more pride than that but whatever.
8. DON'T BE A N00B. Everyone at one point or another was new to gaia but n00b is a state of mind and will not be tolerated.
9. NO ARGUING WITH THE MODS ABOUT RULES. If they tell you to add a poll or stop page stretching you better darn well do it.
10. DON'T BE AN a**. Sad that this has sorta already been mentioned, but apparently no one gets it. Freedom of speech rules, but being a jackass doesn't.
11. THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. So look up here from time to time to see if it's been updated.
12. NO NECROING. Nobody is allowed to post in a topic that has not been posted in for 7 days, this will be considered necroing. The thread died for a reason so let it rest in peace.
13.NO POSTING ONE THING OVER AND OVER It's like another form a page stretching, there's really no reason to post "spam spam....."1000 times in one post or multiple posts and that be your only word in there.Please refrain from doing so.
14. NO MAKING DUPLICATE TOPICS If someone has already made a topic about something, then there is no need to make a million more topics about it. We like originality here, not multiple topics about the Gaia layout or potato chips.Read and follow the rules.
It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of banning someone, and as your second offense, it's coming close to it.
