seriously though you can go to youtube and find stuff that will fix it
1 - wrap it in a towel and leave it on for twenty minutes, which can mess up your box even worse
2 - go to some website spend 4 bucks and fix it yourself

I have the same problem so i called xbox and they are shipping me a box to ship it to them but i'm not getting it until Tuesday and it'll take 6-8 weeks to get it back but due to the christmas holiday it'll be more like 10-12 weeks.

thefreshprinceofbelair it be a lot funnier if you gave it to someone, full charge. Do you know what the word "give" means? You can't charge someone to recieve something from you.
