Customs Information

If you’re looking to get a wolf with specific coloring and details, you may choose to purchase a custom. Listed here is some general information which all custom sales operate by (unless otherwise stated). Of course, each colorist has different abilities, rules and availabilities, so please refer to their individual threads when ordering.

Custom Rules

o1. The colorists have the right to refuse an order .
o2. There are no set times for customs - they will be opened during a colorists’ free time.
o3. Humanoid and OC cosplays are permitted, however they will be altered to make the most sense as a wolf.
o4. Edits such as human hair or clothing or features that wouldn’t make sense in the setting are not permitted. i.e wings, mech features, pants, swords, etc, but natural items are allowed like jewelry, drapes of fabric, and wood, metal, organic ornaments. In addition, edits to the number of tails are also not allowed, however, shortening and fur edits are. Please view your colorist’s thread for specific information on edits.
o5. On a similar note, rainbow and obnoxious neon coloring, licensed branding/text, and political/religious paraphernalia is not permitted.
o6. Payment is due immediately open completion, however some colorists may choose to have you send the trade at the start or the end.
o7. Elders cannot be ordered through regular customs.

Custom Types

Semi Custom Refers to an order in which all of the physical details are not specified and the artist is given more artistic license. The concept may be based on an image, song or words, or any loose idea, but the colorist will be making the majority of the decisions as far as markings, applicable edits, and colors.

Custom This is a very specific order and the user has made the majority of the decisions, whether as an image concept/reference, a written description, or any combination with the form. Colorists may still take artistic license where appropriate, but the end result must be approved by the user (barring complication of course).

Growing This order refers to a custom or semi custom that includes all three stages (pup, adolescent, and adult). The price for this package is higher due to the amount of pieces the colorist has to make. Please note that regular customs do not include the Elder stage.

Custom Sale Types

Open Slots The colorist has a set amount of slots open of a particular custom type and the slots are first-come-first-serve. Proxying is allowed, but the slots are for one person/wolf only.

Raffles The colorist opens an open raffle with a predetermined amount of slots where users may post one custom form. At the end of the allotted time winners will be chosen based on an RNG. Proxying is allowed, but users may only post one form.

Colorist’s Choice Similar to a raffle, the colorist has a set amount of slots and users may post one custom form per post. At the end of the allotted time winners will be chosen based on what the colorists like best. Proxying is allowed, but users may only post one form at a time.

Customs are closed. Next slots TBA.

Dacaiana will have custom slots available two month or whenever the colorists feel like they can take on custom projects. We will now have two ways of doing customs for this shop, aside from winning them in games/events/etc. Custom forms can be found in the guild.

    Speed Customs

These slots works a lot like your regular speed flat sale. There will be a specified number of slots opened for whatever colorist, and a date and time announced, usually between three and five days in advance. If you want a custom that time around then you should show up!

The mule will post a "GO!" in the main thread and after the go you will post "I would like a custom slot." It's that simple! Afterwards, the colorists will post the winners. Everyone that won a custom slot will post their custom form in their respective colorists' thread in the guild. Trades must be sent to the mule within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

All custom forms will be kept this way to keep things organized, and to help log past orders and keep track of what has been done and what needs to be done.

Note: You may only go for one custom per speed-custom sale.

    Open Customs

After a prompt from the mule, for a full 24 hours, both colorists' custom slots will be open and everyone can post a form in the respective colorist's thread in the guild. After the 24 hours has passed the colorists will pick the specified number of customs that they would like to do. They will post the winners in the guild and quote the winners in the main thread and on the front page. Trades must be sent to the mule within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

Make them interesting, and try your luck!

Note: You may post as many custom forms as you'd like in one post, though this doesn't necessarily mean that the colorist will pick all, or any of them!

    Pricing

Note: Prices are subject to revision based on supply and demand.

    Standard pup, growing: 200k
