Cough....Anyway, this is a very...sandboxy kind of thing. You may play as a normal person with any wild looks, but no real special natural abilitys. ( Training is acceptable, but comeon' no hoards of former S.E.A.Ls, GiGn, or the like. )
The setting? Rapture in 1960, at the first month after the Splicers overran the barracades and the entire place plunged into madness.
However....if you can tell me what peoples sacked ROME in it's early days, about the time of the Early Republic, you get a prize relateing to makeing a charrie.
