Well, seeing the discussion in the main forum, I decided to go ahead and create this subforum, so that we don't have any more 'episode spam'..
Rules and Procedures for this forum.
1. Episode Summaries WILL be allowed, but must be under the appropriate episode topic.
2. All episode summary threads will be made by Butterfly Nebula. Other members may make episode comparison threads or threads regarding multiple episodes.
3. I expect crew members to keep track of this subforum, just like all the other ones, I will assign a single moderator to this subforum after I have reviewed the choices and found the best contributor.
[HP], feel free to edit this post as you see fit..
We will NOT move any episode topics into here from the main forum, A new topic is to be made starting 312.
Each episode, instead, will have a 'speculation topic' until the actual episode comes out, the speculation topic will be deleted, and a topic for the actual episode will be created, and the speculation topic for the next episode will be made, however, when that episode comes out, the episode discussion topic for the previous episode WILL REMAIN.

Couple things.
You say speculation is deleted and official thread is made when the episode airs. For whom? East coast, west coast, England? I suggest not deleting speculation topics until everybody has had a chance to watch. Meaning, the episode has aired everywhere available.
Along the same lines, creation of official threads. Not too big an issue if the speculation threads stay up. Don't want to be spoiled, stick to the speculation.
I might have more thoughts depending on whether or not there's any competition to be first to post one thread or another...

instead of locking the threads about the ep. move them to this subforum or delete them

@Nanenna: I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Yes, the episode summaries will stay up after the episode airs, but we won't be moving any of the old ones to this forum. (Woah, Is that you, Arashi?)
@rpgamer: The official thread is going to be made by Butterfly Nebula (Canada) and she's going to watch the episodes and make the threads as early as is humanly possible. Other than that, I don't really think speculation topics are necessary to begin with, but we'll keep making them if people post in them.
@Fe1ix: There shouldn't be any threads about episodes in any other subforum, so that shouldn't be a problem.
