It seems that I am the only one that attempts to post here, but I wouldn't count on that for much longer. My faith is wavering, better do something quick.

I'm trying like hell to think of something to get this guild up and running again, as well as keeping my other guild going.

Not at the moment, it is eluding my train of thought. Perhaps two guilds are too much for you?
Or maybe this guild should be going in a different direction, as to what however, I am not too sure either.

I didn't expect to be back in control on this guild, but when it happened I figured I should try to help get it back up again, since everyone else seems to be busy with school and/or work.
It's not that two guilds is too much, it just seems that everyone stopped coming here

Well I will soon be busy with two jobs, However I will continue to come here if it is something that sparks my interest.
Perhaps you should sell it? What is your other guild?

And I don't intend on selling this guild, I would much rather like to get it up and running again

But your options may be running out, though I do wish that it would come alive again. Then it would be like the Zombie guild, come back from the dead to feed off the flesh of the living.
I still have no ideas on how to get it running though. Perhaps I am not thinking hard enough.

Of course it might help if you invite interesting people and not be so picky as to who joins or not.
That and having your friend demote people probably wasn't a good move.
advertise, just commercialize the hell out of it. Gets people to buy chewing tobacco.
best way to go subliminal messaging and if that doesn't work threaten to eat the first child.

Again, I didn't ask for him to demote anyone.
That being said, I'm not sure what to do with this guild. I'll have to speak with the -original- co-founder of it, from before Saphira ever knew it existed
