Spin Spin Spin! Battlefield Randomizer!
The screen towering above the stadiums' bleachers began to rotate clockwise to determine what field the pokemon would fight on. Anticipation began to build as the dial began to slow down...
Finally, it came to a complete stop.
The field of choice was....THE ELECTRIC FIELD! !
The field is completely flat; no bumps or hills can be located. Standing at the four corners and at the exact center of the field on each side are six electrical towers that stand at six feet in height. These create a static discharge across the field and in the air itself for one reason: a metal piping that outlines the edges of the field floats several feet above the towers themselves, held up by the discharge. During the battle, the piping can release lightning at random points on the field due to the amount of buildup them possess. This ensures that your pokemon stay moving during throughout the entire battle.

"...new battle arena?" Luna asked to herself while looking at the field. "Looks exciting, doesn't it ChuChu?" She smiled to her companion resting on her shoulder. Luna took her place in her designated trainer box - probably one of the few places safe from being shocked.
"Okay! Let's do this then!" She said, punching the air.
"Nya!" ChuChu agreed, running across Luna's arm and jumping into the field.

((sorry I dissappeared, mum came home with grocries to put away ^^))
"I hear this is a newly built arena." Nox said quietly to the small, blue squirrel in her arms, "Never thought they 'd make an electric one." she looked around the area, taking in the floating pipes and tall towers. She siped the other trainer across the field, giving her raichu a cheer before she bounded onto the arena floor.
"This is our first battle so just do your best, sweet." she said, looking her pachirisu in his orange eyes, "Afterwards we'll go and get you something nice." she finnished with a smile and gave him a little kiss on the forehead. "For luck."
Pillan gave her a reassuring pat on the cheek then with a determined "Risu su!" made a huge leap onto the arena floor.

"Hello there!" Luna said to her opponent. "I haven't seen you here before! I'm guessing this is your first battle?" She asked, giving Nox a smile. "Well, keep in mind, we won't go easy on you! ChuChu! Let's start this off with a mega-punch!"
"Chu!" ChuChu agreed, her eyes narrowing. She started to run on four legs towards the other electric pokemon, her left arm starting to glow. Once she got into close range, she jumped up on her hind legs and aimed down at Pillan's face.

Nox grinned back at her opponent, "I didn't expect you to." she replyed, and watched as the raichu started twords Pillan. "Try to avoid it and counter with a bite!" She called to her pachirisu.
Pillan tried to dodge under the female as she came down but miscalculated and took the mega-punch to his right haunch. He let out a pained "Suu!" and quickly spun around aimed his small, sharp teeth for the back of ChuChu's neck. "Pachii!"

"That's good then. ChuChu! Let's give that Pachirisu a toothache! Irontail!"
ChuChu gave Pillan a 'prepare to be in a world of pain'-type grin as she immediately ducked. Her tail took her place as Pillan's target, and that said tail was now headed straight towards the oncoming mouth. It was sure to knock out a few teeth if Pillan bit it...not to mention give him quite a shock.

Pillan quickly snapped his jaw shut and tried to avoid the attack aimed at him, but to no avail. ChuChu's tail hit him in the side of the face, bairly missing his eye. He was knocked to the side but used the momentum to quickly right himself.
"Ugh." Nox grimaced as the attack hit home, "You ok sweet?" she inquired of her pokemon. At his nod she replyed, "Alright then, lets give her some bang for her buck, thunder!"
At his trainers command, he ran twords the closest electricat tower and leapt to its top. Ignoring the tingeling sensation of the static tower, he used it to charge his own attack. As the power flowed into him clouds began to gather and he let loose, trying to aim the attack at the other rodent.

"Electricity's not much of an attack on ChuChu." Luna commented. "ChuChu! Let's show them what a REAL attack is! Overload that tower with a thunderpunch!"
"Rai!" ChuChu said after shaking of the thunder attack, even absorbing some of it. Her whole body trickled with electricty. "Nya nya~!" She announced, her way of saying "Here I come!"
She hopped towards the electrical tower on which Pillan stood. She gave it a good right punch, causing the electricity in her body to transfer over to it and overload it. She quickly darted off before the explosion came in...T-5 seconds!
If ChuChu had learned anything through her battles, it was that explosions hurt. A lot. Especially with metal chunks in it.

"Oh jeez! Pillan get out of there! Quickly!" Nox frantically yelled to her endangered pokemon.
The pachirisu jumped away from the tower, dashing along the floating pipe, parallel to his female opponent. When the aformentioned tower burst from the energy the raichu forced into it Pillan used a quick attack to catch up to ChuChu. As he aimed the attack at her leg, he was hit in the shoulder with a shard of shrapnel. "Risuu!"
