Ich bin Nackt don't get any big ideas, they're not going to happen...Goodly Spellbook can go under the Spells heading, as well. Also, 'The Element Encyclopedia of 5000 Spells' by Judika Illes. However, I would NOT recommend this for anyone who is just starting out... some of these are very complex, and many of them are ethically questionable. Only responsible, well learned practitioners should have this in their hands. ...you'll go to hell for what your dirty mind is thinking. Our household has this book. I'm only just starting out, and I quite often flick through the pages. I wouldn't go anywhere near some of the spells in there -there's ones for necromancy and spells that involve letting blood, for example- but it is facsinating. Certainly not reccomendable for those who don't have much background info on Wicca, but I like to think I have enough common sense to know what goes against the Rede.
So yeah, as above. Sorry, I just wanted to add a bit, as I've never come across anyone else with this book.
Anyway, I think I have a reccomendation. I know many people on this forum dislike any books with 'Teen' in the title, but Marina Baker's Teenage Survival Book is great. I'd certainly reccomend it to any teenage girls who are interested. It doesn't deal with the Craft as such, but looks at teenage life through the perspective of a witch. I'd say it's a good introduction to a Wiccan way of thinking, while dealing with everyday problems and talking about issues like recreational drugs and relationships. I hope you understand what I mean. sweatdrop
Oh gosh, I writ a wall. eek

Ultraviolett1127 Can anyone recommend books more geared towards Wiccans and/or witches that live in a more urban/bigger city area? You can check out the list of beginner books. I don't know anything else. I do all of my rituals and whatnot inside and nothing in any of the books I have read require that you be outside for anything.
