So I was posting n stuff in the Q&A until someone mentioned the NPC Ian to be completely naked, so I got the idea to hunt down other NPC accounts. And that's how I stumbled onto Jack's. I always thought that Jack didn't have an account all to himself so I was quite surprised to see it, but when I clicked it, I was even more surprised. I saw a side of him which I've never seen before. It seems that Jack has gotten in touch with his female side:

It isn't, otherwise the name wouldn't be red. All the NPC accounts have a red name.

The account hasn't been used for a storyline yet so that's why that girl avatar is there. And yes, you can change gender if you want to.

=O Lawl. I found him once before but that was back when the NPCs didn't have a red name yet so I thought it was a fake.
