ok guys. Mmy quest is for the Red Wine Pimpin Hat. I have 3000 out of 15555 so far and I really need your help. Any spare change would be great Because I REALLY want this hat. Here's another thought. People didn't like the idea that Vegeta's moustache grew back because once saiyan hait reaches a certain length it stops. Well, what if he has been shaving it all this time? After all, Nappa shaved his head. PLEASE DONATE!!! heart heart heart

Second, check 'The Truth about Saiya-jin Hair' topic. Of course Vegeta can grow a mustache. It's not like Nappa and King Vegeta we're born with one.
