THERE IS ONLY ONE SOLUTION.
BUT THE FATTIES WON'T DO IT.
So I came up with another solution.
Bears.
We need to put bears in more places with food. The next time a fatty buys a cake a bear will jump out and bite her face off. Fatties don't get to eat cake. Instead of stuffing their fat faces with food they get a facefull of bear.
Sharks would work too.
But maybe the fatties will be smart. They will steal some cake or cupcakes. Which is why we need smart food. Food that will attack anyone too fat to eat it.
