So one of my friends from back home in Syracuse NY got kicked out of her parents house earlier this week. Why you might ask? For the stupidest reason I've ever heard pretty much...because her boyfriend wasn't a Christian. I'm sorry...I don't care what faith you are but by the time your kid is 17 or 18 they deserve the right to believe what the want and do what they want with their lives. Some things deserve being kicked out of home...this is not one of those things. Get this...her father is the pastor of the church I was raised in. Good ******** job. Come to our church...we'll love you...but we kicked our baby girl out of the house because she wasn't Christian enough for us. I hate the world sometimes. I hate stupid people who think they know everything and who try to make people do what they say just because they think they are all knowing or some crap. Okay I'm done with my rant now.

intermarriage is a very delicate issue, and ignoring the problem by kicking out a child is probably not the best way of dealing with the situation. However, when you're 17 and 18, you most likely aren't mature enough to make all the right decisions and know exactly what's best for you in life.
