i dont think that's possible because a lot of ppl think that the one eye hole is the sharingan but i dont think that 's possible because One of Obito's eyes was taken by Kakashi and the other was crushed. If Obito were alive he would be blind.

i waz readinq the manga and i saw a picture of tobi siting on the statue of madara uchiha at the valle of the end and they showed him up close and he had a complete level 3 sharingan then he said " oh im watchinq u sasuke i wonder how much stronger your gettinq "

The first time that Tobi is seen in the Anime he is presented as a bumbling idiot. For instance, when he finds Sasori's ring he begins tossing it into the air and catching it. Unfortunately for Tobi he misses the ring and it falls through a crack!

it is indeed a theory that Tobi is Obito but cannot be proved at this time. Tobi also claims to be Medara, but that also cannot be proved. the only thing that can be proved about Tobi is that HE IS A GOOD BOY!!!!

I think Tobi is Obito, but he probably hit his head too hard when the rock fell on him... as for the Madara's spirit inside Tobi deal, who knows?
OR Tobi could be Jiraiya's spy into the Akatsuki and his main mission in life is to make the other members' lives hell by being abnoxious, or by losing and breaking things.
...heheheh, I hate this line: "Tobi is a good boy". Whenever Zetsu calls him that, it makes him sound like a child molester... like Orochimaru, who is still alive inside Kabuto (eeww, sick!)
