Okay, I was in the car with my mom on the way to go pick up my best friend... And we were listening to music and then my mother randomly says, " I want you to have sex with a person you love." ..."Have sex at a younger age!" I was like WTF?! in my head...It was wierrrd...Yeahhh

When I lived with her, my mom offered to get me drunk and/or high for my first time, just so it was safe and I could see how to handle myself in those states. She also placed condoms and birth control + plan B all over the house, just in case. What a sweetie. ^_^

I can talk to my mom about sex openly whenever I want. She's real sweet. Hell, she even came to me for blow job advice. xp

Ophelia Belle When I lived with her, my mom offered to get me drunk and/or high for my first time, just so it was safe and I could see how to handle myself in those states. She also placed condoms and birth control + plan B all over the house, just in case. What a sweetie. ^_^ I've never had an experience like that, but a friend of mine has. My friend complained to his dad that he (his dad) and his dad's girlfriend were making too much noise when they were having sex, telling him that it was disrupting his (my friend's) studies. His dad just told him to go "get laid." My mom wanted me to wait until I get married to have sex, but I gave my virginity to my bf about 10 months ago, and my mom recently discovered that I'm not a virgin anymore. She was not pleased. Even before she found out that I'm not virgin, my mom and I would talk about sex pretty openly. I feel more relaxed talking about sex with her now than I did before, because now I don't have to worry about revealing my un-virgin-ness. ^ ^ Btw, hey, Lady O. ^ ^ *waves*

You're really lucky to have a mother who is that open. I was raised by my grandmother so it was a 2 generation gap. I never talked about sex, periods, or anything like. It was kept quite.
You should really go to her and sit down and just ask questions. That way you'll be prepared if anything does happen.

My mom just always told me if i'm going to have sex, I better have sex with a person who loves me. Oh and be o the pill as well. Which i've done both now. 3nodding

She said she'd take me to the vagine doctor and get me some birth control
pills.
Also she wants us to enjoy it, so she'll make sure we're comfortable.

Thats what I thought at first too. lol
I wish my mom had been that open. I mean, it is kinda weird that she encourages you to do it young, but I couldn't agree more that it should be done with someone you love or someone who means something to you.

my dad dealt with 'the talk' with me
he just said:
"I know you're gonna have sex, if not now, eventually. At least use a god damn condom, ain't that hard...that's all i wanted to say."
i was just kind of happy he got it done and made it easy.
