 Personality: Ylva, surprisingly enough, seems to keep to herself unless she's directly adressed. If she's not ignoring you outright, chances are you aren't greeted with a smile and a sweet voice. More likely you are getting growled at or possibly bitten if you annoy her enough.
Ylva has a very short fuse, and has been known to blow up at people. She was trained to use those fangs of hers, and she isn't afraid to sink them into someone.
She obviously doesn't like to get close to people emotionally, but one may find that she is very loyal in the unlikely event that they win her trust. Her short temper isn't easily tuned down, though, even towards any friends she may have.

Physiology
Special Abilities: Poochyena have the ability to flee from almost any foe without fail.
Behavior
Poochyena travel in packs, sometimes populated by their evolution, Mightyena, as well. These creatures tend to be aggressive, going so far as to attack without provocation. This Pokémon chases after prey until the victim becomes exhausted. However, it may turn tail if the prey strikes back.
Habitat
Poochyena typically dwell in plains and forests.
Diet
Poochyena are omnivorous, meaning that they eat both meat and plants. They will hunt any sorts of prey, and may bite at anything that moves.

Instead of being happy to find this new freedom, Ylva felt utterly betrayed. She wandered the forest where she was released, eventually coming across a pack of her own kind. She approached the other wolf-like Pokemon only to be rejected in a violent manner and chased out of the territory. The battered female eventually found her way back into a human city. This one was called Verdanturf.
Now, Ylva had some memories here. She had won and lost contests here, and had originally told herself that she would never come back to the place. But now, since that trainer betrayed her, she was glad to have human contact. It was here that she was given the name Ylva by the locals as she wandered the edges of the town, careful not to be captured by another trainer that might just leave her again.
She wasn't particularly nice to any of the residents of Verdanturf, and even disappeared for a few days after biting a young lad that tried to pet her. This was initially a preventative measure; Who would want to capture a Pokemon that was violent towards humans? But eventually it became a sort of habit for Ylva to growl at the humans that strayed too close, only returning by moonlight to take the food foolish old people sat out for her on their stoops and run into the outskirts of town to eat.
The younger humans in the town were quickly getting sick of the wolf that kept taking advantage of the older residence of Verdanturf. Something had to be done...
