i've looked it over and it seems interesting, considering it's a side scrolling game. but before i download it, is it even worth playing.

I use to have it but my computer crashed after dling it.But I had a REALLY crappy computer. From what little I have played, it was kinda fun. But I'm not really into those type of games.

I've tried it, didn't keep my interest for very long. I like Trickster Online better.

I did, but it gets repetitive. Plus it's hella hard.

It's an okay game, but it requires the most grinding.

Played it personally never liked it and although my opinions slow in getting here thought I'd share it.
Would suggest Tales of Pirates and NosTales if you're not into anything too serious or possibly Sword of The New World if you like customization of a group at your control and such.

As most people have been saying, unless you're willing to put in plenty of effort (and level grinding, especially if you're not a mage in the intermediate levels), you'll find MapleStory rather much of a drag. I play it on and off myself as a Bandit, and even I get burned out quite often.

I played it for quite a while, but it get so repetitive that I stopped. It doesn't give so much satisfaction when you are going level up and you must trains so hard to get it ^^. But hey you can at least try it ^^.

Strideo Two questions: Does it have a maple? and Does it have a story? Well, when the anniversaries come around, you do get maple-shaped items. smile As for the story....no. Or more accurately, the best description would be "...what story?"

Dynast Metallium Strideo Two questions: Does it have a maple? and Does it have a story? Well, when the anniversaries come around, you do get maple-shaped items. smile As for the story....no. Or more accurately, the best description would be "...what story?" like everyone has been saying it's fun at first or in bits buts gets tiresome, so it's more like "a story of a maple", maple syrup in this case... the game has a sweet taste but too much of it can make you sick and if you put something in it, after awhile it will move very slowly or not at all. sweatdrop
