What now?
I mean for Grissom. Can't any supervisor be happy and in love for an entire show and NOT have something happen to their girlfriends or fiance?

OMG I know Sara's my fave character and they just let her go that sucks. ugh. alas poor bugman we knew thee well

I use to like Sara, but she really annoyed me this season. Actual the last two seasons. She became completely useless and annoying.
Anyhoo...of course the supivisors can't be happy, its like an unwritten rule (sarcasim)
Hopefully it won't bum Gil out to much because he is an awsome character, I hope that it won't that bad because otherwise he will get annoying as well.
It was Sara's time to leave, she was no longer competent at her job and thus need to leave. Besides in a way this is more close to reality, people move around, quit their jobs, etc...many times throughout their lives.

oh come on did you guys watch the perveiw before it happened we all new she was going to leave...yeah its sad but shell pop in and out you know it she said yes to gils proposal right? who knows whatever happens itll be exciting.

I know, she wasn't supposed to die under the car, they've changed it.
I personally think that the way she left was too cliche.
I mean... Maybe she'll be back for the season 8 finale, or maybe she does get married to Grissom someday.
But, for now, all we can do is wait and watch. :/

That last scene really sort of got me. She just walked in, pulled her name tag off her vest, and threw it away. And then I felt really sorry for Grissom when he read the letter. I hope she will come back somehow.
So are they really engaged now? It said that on Wikipedia, but I thought that Grissom was just throwing the idea of marriage out there.

Sara was getting on my nerves, but this wasn't the way to get rid of her. I mean especially after agreeing to marry Grissom? The man that she has wanted since we saw her first on the show? And if you were Gil, would you be able to come to grips with this on one week?

Grissom isn't much of a relationship type person, but if he has one, he'd be really into it. So, it's a huge blow to him. Whoa, I just had a thought. What if, in his sadness, he gets together with Lady Heather or something? O_O Man, harsh on Sara! But, it might not happen, because he knows she's out there. Perhaps he'd go on leave to find her or something.

Because she's coming back someday, somehow. i hope ur right... i really think that he really cared about her...to much to just move on to someone else too quickly. even in these last shows he's been acting really sad...i just hope we get our happy ending! *she comes back and there will be more GSR shhhh, i didnt tell u, but there r 2 interviews on youtube that proves it! if u want i'll email them to u!!!*
