Enter the Castle
The rain is pouring heavily across the dark forest, lightning flashing and thunder roaring. One castle stands among the darkness of the trees. It seems empty but for a dim candle in the parlor. The walls outside covered in vines and thorns. The door bearing a large silver knocker of a wolfs head. A torch burns in the doorway. The forest surrounding the castle is dim and black, wolves howl at the fullness of the moon barely seen through the storm.

My name is Devinity Nightshade. AKA Devi. I am a vampire fairy. My father was a vampire, thus I have dominate vampire genes. My mother was a fairy, so I have a few magical powers and tricks. Primarily transfiguration. My favorite form being a black cat with green eyes. Devi in her usual form is an elegant, dark vampire. Her jet black hair hangs down to her back. Her eyes are a bright shade of green, often lined with black eye liner. She’s often in gothic dress, anything from Victorian corsets to very common clothes. Devi hides her wings most of the time, enjoying her vampire side much more than her fairy side. She takes pride in being strong and powerful. She is ever the romantic and quite friendly.

((A vampire-fairy? That is somehow...dislike. Vampires have their own abilities, magic and tricks, why mix them with little, merry, butterfly-winged girls? Anyway, I'll try to join, if I'll find a motive for my character. Is there a particular reason for us to go to the castle? And what world are we playing in? It's obvious, that it's fantasy, but is it a science fiction, medieval, nowaday etc.? It would be important for me, because most of my characters are medieval fantasy, but I can probably turn the one I want to play with into a nowaday character as well.))

((*Sigh* I'm not gonna get complicated with you. I dont want to be rude but if you dont want to play then dont. I dont have to go out of my way in explinations. I like my character just fine, I dont have to justify why she is the way she is. I'm aware of vampire lore. Not all faries are that weak, or that "butterfly like" either.))

Name: Jusaku (pronounced Jus-aku) Age: Unknown Gender: male Race: Demon Bio: Created from alchemy and magic, a assassin from the dark clan, the bloody roses. Personality: Looks at everything lower than himself, always carries his giant sword named Tainted Sun, sees humans as pathtic lower beings, sees demons as the high beings, never really trusts anyone, very wise. Very unlike a demon, he only will eat/drink blood, since he considers human food to be disgusting. Jusaku walked into the castle. Only seeing a black cat. He smiled. "Where are you fairy?!?" He yelled. Looking back at the black cat.

The little kitty ran into the dark parlor and away from the new stranger. Jumping onto the victorian couch in the dark.

"So the kitty doesn't want to play." Jusaku said, he contitued to look around. "Odd indeed." He walked into the dark parlor. He started to chant softly. "Demon art. Lust!" A fireball shot out of his hand and went into the fireplace. Luckly, a fire started in the fireplace. He continued to look around for her.

Devi transformed into her human form, sitting on the couch. "Hello dear." she whispered in the dark. The shadows covered her but the lighting glow through the windows.

"Quite A trick, Mrs.Nightshade." He laughed. "But it is time for a new game." He started to chant softly. "Demon art! Pride!" A ball of light shot out of his hand at her.

With a small flick of her wrist she made a pale green shield. "Darling Jusaku, no reason to fight." She stood up, slowly moveing closer to him. "Now behave yourself...or else."

Devi stepped into the light slowly. The light slideing up her black leather knee boots, slowly up to her short leather dress, finally casting a glow upon her face and jet black hair. Fangs shined in the moonlight. "And what is that supposed to mean Jasuku my dear?"

He saw her fangs, but wasn't impressed.
"You don't understand? Pitiful. Because there is news that your poor father was slaughtered." He laughed. "And I heard that someone is coming for you. Sadly, its not me."
