The original ones ("The Tenth Planet") were different. Pretty neat. Funny voices, though. They also kind of got me creeped out.

I do love the Cybermen a lot, but the Daleks were always better for me.
They kinda freaked me out, with the whole DELETE thing.... xd

I think they ruined the cybermen by taking out what used to be their ONLY weakness a human could utilize. They're allergic to gold dust. (it clogs their venthilation, essentially choking them.)

Cybermen were almost as ridiculous as the Dahleks, but I love the show's contribution to the wacky world of sci fi. And I loved how deep they tried to make the cybermen, by making them humans with emotion inhibitors. That was really great in my opinion.

They are pretty cool if you think about it all they need is a little work and they could be less evil and more helpful and be more human.
