Welcome all to the Fourth Annual Chuunin Exams! Hosted by yours truly, Haku Needles, the Mizukage of Kirigakure.
This is just basically a little introduction to the Chuunin Exams. Information about various details will be placed here. So, let's get started:

The Written Exam:
- Consists of 15 questions.
- An 8 or higher is required to pass.
- You may use anything at your disposal to ask questions because there is nothing stopping you.
- The Written Exam will be open for taking 1 week after the Chuunin Exam event opens. This allows the maximum number of people active in the Guild a chance to enter this event.

The Survival Exam:
- You must stay on the path assigned to you.
- Please do not just post saying this is a peace of cake and zoom through it.
- There will be ANBU Proctors with X stats played by some select few to make it harder.
- During this time, you are not allowed to give up unless near death. Evasion of the proctors is key if you wish to survive.
- The final areas will be locked until predetermined time by Haku Needles, so you are stuck between areas 1 & 2.

The Final Exam:
- This will be one-on-one matchings. Winners of rounds fight one another.
- If needed, then the matchings may be switched around.
- Each match will have something new added to the arena.

Each of you may have only five. For the wire, you may have 5 yards of it.

Shock Collar:
Each user will be fitted with this collar after passing the written exam. If conditions prove to be going no where in the survival exam and you either no longer wish to fight or you are no where near death, you may activate this collar and it will send a shock to your system, in which, will knock you out. But in doing so, you fail.
