Zeruel pulled some desks from the Library and arranged them in a few rows.

"Take a seat and we can begin," Zeruel said. "My name is Zeruel Zarkona. Call me Zeruel. This course will cover basics of Psychokinesis and some of its sub-sections, as well as a few things I picked up after the school year ended.

"Now then, Psychokinesis is the use of the mind to affect the physical world. The widest known and used is Telekinesis. I'm sure at least one of you have heard of it. Other variants, the sub-sections, are things like Pyrokinesis and Umbrakinesis. Pyrokinesis is the ability to manipulate fire and fire based things, and Umbrakinesis is the ability to manipulate shadows, and things opposite of light," Zeruel explained.

"Now then, what's your name and what brought you here to this particular class? And of those three kinesis mentioned, which interests you the most?" Zeruel asked.

Zeruel looked at his brother.

"Yeah, as I wasn't able to finish all that I wanted to last year, so I'm back," Zeruel said. "You remember when I got to the Psionic Combat? I had no idea the year was drawing to an end. So I plan on starting class back there, unless other students need to start elsewhere."

Zephnir turned and saw Talo. "Hey talo c'mon in, there's enough space. Iwould like you to meet my brother Zeruel Zarkona, he is teaching psychokinesis."

Zephnir chuckled. "Well.....it covers mental abilities...i think. There is telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and umbrakinesis. Pyrokinesis is controlling fire. I dont understand the others....wow" he turned to Zeruel. "I just sounded like you bro...creepy."

Zeruel smiled and nodded. "That you did, bro, I'm surprised."

Zeruel turned to Talo. "There should be plenty of room for nearly anyone who wants to join us. Psychokinesis, pronounced SCY-KO-KIN-EE-SIS, is the general term that holds any and all kinesis ability. I personally know Pyrokinesis, Telekinesis, and Umbrakinesis. I also know a fair amount of the Energy Manipulations, but that is the second part of this year's course. As my brother so nicely said, Pyrokinesis is the ability to control any aspect of fire with one's mind. Telekinesis is the ability to manipulate nearly anything in the physical realm, basically the place in this dimension and physical. Umbrakinesis is considered an advanced kinesis because it deals with shadows and darkness.

"Now, don't confuse that with dark magic, as it is completely different. Umbrakinesis can be used in a various ways, such as this example," Zeruel explained, extinguishing all the lights in the area so that the only light that was visible was the one coming from the door. A few moments later, the lights reappeared.

"I can effectively blind a person, even a vampire, if I control the lights correctly. I say vampire because I've blinded myself, and I'm part vampire. Anyways, another use is traveling distances," Zeruel said, suddenly turning into a shadow and melting into the ground and emerging closer to the door.

"Shadow walking, as I like to call it. Very useful if you can see a shadow, but can't physically get there, or if you can recall a shadow from a distant area you can't see."

Zephnir had the "deer caught in th headlights" look. "So ami i...and i thought i knew this stuff. Your still using big words bro."

Daisuke walked into the room, grinning. He was so happy. He was being able to see all his old friends again. It was taking alot of self control to not glomp every single person he remembered. "Hey Zeruel! It's been a while, huh? I'm so excited to be back!" He slid into his seat, still grinning. "I practiced killing pencils while out of school!" He chuckled.

Zeruel just laughed at the comments made by Talo and his brother.

"Well, I already explained why I use big words last year. But anyways, in simple terms, Psychokinesis lets you do things in this world with your mind. Pyrokinesis lets you set things on fire, or control fire, Umbrakinesis lets you use shadows to do what you want, and Telekinesis lets you move things. Simple enough?" Zeruel asked. He then turned to Daisuke and Lolita.

"Welcome back, Daisuke. And that's a good thing to practice, though did you try any of the Psi energy assignments? Those are going to be used much more in this new course. And Lolita, is it? Being a Telepath is useful in its own right, as if you can find what others are going to do before they do it by reading their minds, then you have a major advantage over them," Zeruel said.

"Now then, as we have a fair number of students, why don't we begin?" Zeruel said, moving back to his desk. "First things first, everyone take a seat, or find a place to stand, and I want each of you to try and move or break the pencil that I place in front of you. This is just a simple review excercise, nothing more."

Zeruel then flicked his hand and a mass of pencils flew into the air and landed silently on the desks.

"Begin," Zeruel simply said, then sat down at his desk.
