Sighing heavily so that Ashen would hear him. "Are you done with the mirror YET? Your hair is short it CAN'T possibly take THIS long!" Nayeli whined next to the entrance to the 'power cave'
"Were suppose to be leaving soon!" He grunted out as he slunk to the floor to lounge.
He was very anxious today was the first day of 'meeting classes' when the newly grown Serpentini would convene to learn about each other and themselves.

Sticking his head around the corner, Ashen rolled his eyes at Nayeli. "Well then YOU get my hair to stop being stupid," Ashen said in an annoyed tone. His hair would not go the way he wanted it to. The past night he had slept on his head again, falling out of the bed half-way during the night as he dreamed.
This usually caused this hair to stick up every which way, as if the dark locks had a mind of their own. Hissing at the mirror after one last attempt with the comb, Ashen gave up his attempts to win the fight against his hair.
"Fiinnneee....I'm ready,...happy", slithering out to the lounging naga. His hands wet with water from the hair taming attempts, he flicked his fingers at Nayeli. Spraying the lounging boy with cold droplets of water with a giggle.
Ashen was just as impatient as Nayeli though, he too wanted to go and find out the answers to the questions they asked.

Preslie was excited to meet all of the other teens. She quickly smoothed her hair with a sweep of her hands and began pacing for Magenta. "Are you ready yet? I don't think its possible to put anymore makeup on...hurry up!" She peeked out the window and saw a few teens heading out. "We're gonna be late, come on!"
Magenta rolled her eyes again as she was rushed by her roommate. She muttered under her breath as she applied a thick layer of dark eye liner. "What's the rush, everyone already loves you." She looked at herself for a moment and almost headed for the door, but when she remembered who would be there, she rushed back in to powder her nose one more time. "Ok, here we go."

Slithering slightly ahead of Ashen as they pass through the front door of the cave. "Woah dude," Nayeli chuckles "your really going out looking like that!?" Gesturing to Ashen's unkempt hair. Smoothing the tips of his own emerald hair in between the fingers of one hand.
The two young Serpentini made there way to the chasm where the others were already gathering.

Boone quickly smoothed his hair one last time as he headed for the door.
"I hope they like me!!" he was a little nervous about meeting the others.
Boone stopped to take a few deep breaths and calm his nerves. "Here goes nothing!" He wondered what they would be like as he slowly made his way to the chasm to meet the others.

"....." Ashen giving a small glare to Nayeli as they slithered to the chasm, an anime sweat drop appearing "well, not all of us have 3-swish hair *coughNayelicough*." As Nayeli would swish said three times, getting nice-looking combed hair. Ashen ran his fingers once more into the unkempt hair, getting the locks to at least point backwards somewhat.
Note to self, Ashen thought, make Nayeli's hair knotty some how.
Finally arriving at the chasm, Ashen stopped, leaning against the entrance as he stared in at the other naga's already in there.
"Hey...Nayeli, you think we'll learn who are parents are?" For once, his normally mischievous face serious. It always bothered Ashen that he might not know where he came from. Though they had been raised with great care, he still wondered who his mother and father were....
Or where they might be for that matter. The serious look though stopped, Ashen smiling at a couple of the girls passing them before turning this attention back to Nayeli.

Preslie impatiently watched as the other teens headed to the chasm. "Forget it, I'm leaving. I'll see you there!" With that distracted announcement, she pushed the door open and started following the serpenti's ahead of her. She was excited to get to know everyone and hoped to find some answers at the meeting place.
Magenta heard Preslie leave and her heart dropped into her stomach. As much as she wanted to look perfect, she dreaded going in alone. "Wait, I'm coming!" She unceremoniously threw her makeup into the sink and rushed after her eager roommate. Once outside she saw that the red head was already far ahead so, without looking around at the other teens, Magenta hurried to catch up.

Nayeli was in the midst of his patented 3-swish hair, as Ashen's attention came back to him. "What?" Just as he uttered this he caught sight of the girls that passed by the two boys. With out hesitation he added the 4th swish letting his green locks flow about his shoulders.
This caught the attention of the two girls who giggled to themselves as they passed.
Nayeli sighed "I think this school thing will be fun! Don't you agree Ashen." All the while not taking his eyes off the two girls as they scooted ahead.

Pistol stood alone just outside the chasm with his arms crossed. The teen's head was down as to avoid eye contact with all the serpentri's streaming past him. He was nervous to go in. He heard that answers were going to be giving to all their questions, but there were some things that he didn't want to know.

Boone kept his head down as he made his way to the chasm, sneaking glances at the other teens that passed him. His stomach was in knots. He could see them gathering in groups and chatting happily, he felt so alone.
Who were his parents and why did they leave him? Hopefully these and other questions would be answered today!
As he neared the entrance he noticed a boy with long red hair standing alone and wondered who he was!!
As he caught up to the other boy he quickly glanced up at him "Hi i'm Boone!"

Nayeli, after practically dragging Ashen into the front most set of seats in the chasm, took better stock of the girls around him. "Ain't you excited?!" Nayeli asked looking at his roommate, whom had gone quiet.
Nayeli's eyes drifting around the room till they caught sight of the two in the middle of the chasm, they looked older. "I suppose those are the ones to instruct us?" He said to no one in particular as he sized up the male.

Snapped out of his thoughts, Pistol jumped a bit when spoken too. He blinked once at brown haired kid looking at him before responding. "Hey, I'm Pistol." Boone seemed almost excited to get some answers and for some reason Pistol suddenly didn't want to go in alone. He uncrossed his arms and tried to smile at the teen. "Are you going in alone too? Need some company?" The meeting didn't seem all that horrible now.

Preslie was stepping into the chasm just as Magenta caught up to her. "Oh hey, you made it!" She didn't want to get separated so she gently took her hand and let her along. "Let's go find a spot where we can see them really well." She was excited to see what would happen once everyone got settled. There were more serpentri's here than she remembered seeing.
Magenta was a bit out of breath when she reached her roommate, so she couldn't complain when she was dragged along to find a spot. She barely had a chance to look around before she spotted the two older serpentri's in the middle of the chasm. She frowned a bit noting their authority but didn't say anything...yet.

"Sorry i didn't mean to startle you!"Boone smiled at the other boy. "It's very nice to meet you Pistol!!" He wasn't quite as scared now. "Yeah, I was headed in alone but i'd rather go with a friend!" Now that he wasn't alone his excitement grew! "I wonder what they have planned for us?!!" Boone looked towards the entrance. "I guess we better get in there before they start without us!"
