Okay, first of all, I'm not sure if PUMP is Korean. However, I remember that a couple of years ago, everyone here in Korea played PUMP. There were arcades with *only* PUMP machines. It isn't as popular as it was a couple of years ago, but my friends and I still love to play it.

I was surprised that a lot of Americans didn't know what PUMP was, only DDR. bleh, PUMP is waay better than DDR (in my opinion)

For those who don't know what PUMP is, it's like DDR except there are five arrows instead of four.

I remember that there were DDR machines in Korea, but it was never as popular as PUMP.

So let's discuss PUMP or DDR! (sorry if people think this post isn't meant for the guild, I always thought PUMP was something of a Korean thing since it used to be so popular)

I guess this topic shouldn't be limited to PUMP and DDR, so talk about any other Korean arcade games. (there's this rythm game that's very popular now, but I forgot what it was called sweatdrop )

i like pump and ddr. but the pump in colorado is called exceed. it's the same thing but a different name. i like both but ddr is way easier for me so....yeah.

PiU is fun... but i've only played it once.. and the machine was messed up..
so i like DDR.. surprised

I thought that Japanese people made D.D.R. and then Korean people sort of copied it and made PUMP? That's what my brother said...

i've never played pump before but it seems almost similar to ddr just that the arrows are diagonal...but i love ddr
