I have to say one of the worst movies I have ever seen is the Fountain! But after seen The Lord of the Ring Triology, most movies seem to fail at the end of the movie. I was spoiled.

Amazing Grace or The Hiding Place. Either one made me want to staple my tongue to a wall.

tough question!
its been a long time since I saw a decent movie.
I therefore would have to say the most dissapointing, would have to be the golden compass. I was really looking forward to it after seeing the trailor on here, but I found it to be a bit of a let down.
(I rather enjoyed Amazing grace -as it was partly about the work of William Wilberforce and since he was one of the founding fathers of the RSPCA, of course I liked it)

I'd have to say the movie "All the Pretty Horses"
It wasn't spectacularly bad, but it went on and on. After the first hour or so, I'm just like "Let it end!"
Didn't help that I was reading the book for a book report at the time, cause I didn't like the book either. It was confusing and had no quotation marks.

Broken Flowers with Bill Murray. The movie is a whole lot of nothing. Most of the time it's him sitting on his couch with no background anything.
