To become crew:
You have to be active, I will promote you when you hit 350 posts if I believe you should be crew.
To become vice captain:
You have to hit 1000 posts, and I'll use my better judgement.

Besides, there's no guarntee that either one will work---posing or the other---you have to prove your dedicated. ninja *shakes head* just keep posting and being active. thats the best advice i can give. whee
