Well, that is a really good question, one that i am going to ask my home fellowship group. But, I know that the devil and his "angels/demons" were once with God. And because the the angel called Lucifer thought himself to be better than God, he rallyed other Angels to try to "dethrone" God. So God casted Lucifer, or Satan, to the earth and with him, the ones that supported Lucifer. I wanna say that God Loves Lucifer and the Angels that rebelled against him. Because God loves us and we are covered with sin. But, I know that the enemy of the LORD is Satan. I think that I might be confusing things a bit. Let me ask my home fellowship group and I will get back with a more accurate answer tomorrow evening.

Ok, I have a better response. First off, God doesn't love all things. He hates sin. So, with that being said, and the fact that Lucifer was with God in the begining, I believe that God loves him and the other angels that fell from heaven, but I believe that God hates what they have become.
I hope this helps.

Yeah but doesn't it also say that He allows the Devil to bring troubles upon us to test our devoution and dedication?
