Is anyone else here in Tournament of Bands? If so what band? If not what circuit does your band mostly compete in?
As for me I'm in the Spring-Ford Golden Rams Marching Band, and as of last night the two time Group IV Atlantic Coast Champions

I'm guessing there's more than one TOB, seeing as we had ours about two weeks ago down in New Mexico (NMSU to be exact). A week before that, we were at Zia, a competition held at UNM.
The Alamogordo Tiger Marching band, we were, and we didn't win any big award, but we were in the top ten for the music category.
Congrats on the victory. ^^

I'm from William Penn. We competed in TOB Chapter IX for the first time in like 4 years. Didn't do too well in TOB this year. We usually compete in Cavalcade of Bands (CBA) but we did both circuits this year. We did incredibly well in CBA though. Took 1st at Championships with a score of 91.55 yesturday.

TOB atleast up here is getting much tougher which is forcing more and more bands to switch the the easier Cavalcade or USSBA. Although alot of other bands think we should switch to Bands of America, where stuff is much harder our director is retiring soon and doesn't feel like switching @Jan: Yes it is a HS circuit which encompasses 9 or so states, founded by the NJA

Bearer of Bad News Well Congrats man! Did you guys get a better score then last year, or did you alteast beat your seed? We came from fourth, and beat our score from last year. We also kept our High Brass title for four years straight now! Congrats on your win, too. You were up against some tough competition.

You were up against some tough competition. Well it's always good that you improved and beat your seed, and of course High Brass!! Thanks, I'm just glad that it would have been either Lancaster Catholic or us really, those guys are pretty cool. Upper Darby however could work on their class, a few years ago at their show they set firecrackers off during our ballad

Chapter 6 did pretty well this year. 3nodding I'm pretty sure that UD is a classy band; it is entirely possible that they had a group of people in there that didn't have that class, though. We get that from a certain other band...

I thought the TOB was just one competition. D: I'm in the USSBA. We didn't do as well as we'd hoped at Nationals in Baltimore. We got a 94.something, and sixth place. But congrats to you on the win!

Well UD is in our chapter and we beat them out this year at Chapters well we found their second place trophy smashed on the ground along with a hat and plume, one of our directors took the hat and we put it on the podium during practices and our football game performance. Plus apparently our director wore it during our ACC performance, all of it was to motivate us, as they are our biggest rivals @uhlectrikk!: Just work hard, last year when we got our first win we jumped from 6th to first, I don't know much about other USSBA bands but anything is possible
