Well I'm having a totally different problem to the one described since nothing moves. I can hear the music and see the characters but there is no dancing!

If you click the other characters it changes them to the dance leader! The guy in the middle that is, my favorite one is Ben, he's wearing a white shirt and red jacket and laughing like a madman.
