School of the paranormal!
A sanction for all the Vampires, Lupines, Elementals etc.!!
*Note* This is not a typical school rp. It's a serious rp, that means no Laguna beach or the O.C bull crap please. Its just annoying. Yes there can be drama, but don't over do it.
This school is a safe haven for paranormal beings, where they can live learn and play in peace....

Or at least it was. Recently, a vampire clan leader was murdered. But before then, controversy between that clans was rising. All of them just looking for an excuse to start a war. And when the Demytrix clan leader of the Tristion Clanwas killed, all hell broke loose. Everyone was each others throat, blaming one another for the death.
The news about the war soon got back to the students at the Academy turning some on their own peers. Thus the school was soon divided by the different clans and their allies.
A young elemental named Alice joins the school a little after the school's "division". She was a member of a elemental clan that believed the war was nonsense and decided to remain neutral. Thus many of the conflicting clans hated them, and called them disloyal. That meant upon her arrival she was already hated. Except for a few other students from other clans who too thought this war was ridiculous. Along with a boy named Kye. Kye was part of the Vegnun Clan one of the most powerful clans, and stubborn of clans. But Kye secretly disagreed with the war, but said nothing in fear he would be turned against. Thats where we begin...

Characters, Clans and Races
Vampires: These Vampires don't turn into bats, don't burst into flames when exposed to sun light, or sleep in coffins. Oh and garlic doesn't bother them either..actually most of them dip their pizza in it. They can only be exposed to sun light for brief periods of time, for it makes them ill, and if they are exposed too long they die (and no there are no flames!!! they just die...thats it...very anti-climatic really..). Vampires are very beautiful, mostly because naturally they are designed to attract their prey. They also possess super strength and speed, but a lupine can match them in both.At the Academy, the vampires don't drink human blood, the school provides animal blood. But sometimes the vampires drink the blood of the other students. Also only pure blood vampires can turn people,(The Vegnun clan is all pure bloods thats why they are so powerful.) They age at the same rate as humans, but if they drink human blood they age slower and slower. They can have children and they are technically alive (they have a heart beat) Any questions PM me.
Lupines: Lupines are people who turn into Large wolves. (They are full wolf form isn't humanoid at all, they walk on all fours.) In their wolf form they can only communicate with each other. Lupines are born this way and are not made. The Lupines get their ability to transform around the time of puberty, and have a hard time controlling their transformation in the begining. Also strong emotions like anger or fear can trigger the transformation.Lupines age at the same rate as Humans. Full moons don't effect them, nor does a vampire bite.
Elementals: Are basically humans who can control elements. A human can only possess one element. The elements are Fire,Water,Earth and Spirit. A spirit elemental is very rare, and ALice is the only spirit elemental at the school. Spirit elementals are more sensitive emotionally then other people, and their powers are more tied to their emotions than the other elementals. Also, a Spirit elemental can heal people as well as bring people back to life, but the more they do that the more it eats away at their own soul. But they also contain a defensive power of telekinesis.
Powers of the elemental:
Fire: Can create and manipulate fire. Also is impermeable to it.
Water: Can create and manipulate as well as freeze it. And hold their breath under water for extended periods of time.
Earth: Can move and manipulate large chunks of earth (stone and dirt) as well as manipulate plant life, and speak to animals.
Elementals have to use their powers at some point or it can biuld up and hurt others around them.
Nekos: Half human half cats (human body with cat ears and tail.) They have night vision and heightened senses. And are impeccably fast.

Rules:
1. No godmoding!!
2. No cyber!! If I catch you cybering on this thread not only will i kill your character off but i will report you. If you want a scene like that, do it through PMs. Or you can imply it, but don't be graphic.
3. No perfect characters. Every one has flaws and faults. So no little miss cheerleader with a perfect life and looks perfect and everyone loves her, and all that s**t...its retarded.
4. Be at least Semi-literate. Spelling I can understand because not all of us have spell check.
5. No one word posts. At least 1 paragraph. (that means 4-5 sentences per paragraph.) I understand if you get writers block, but please don't post like that all the time.
6. Remember what goes on here is not real, don't take things personally.
7. Keep cursing down at a minimum. No f-bombs, or anything offensive. Its not so much me as it is Gaia's rules.
8. Follow the T.o.S[/color
