 Welcome to a new generation of witches and wizards. It has been many years since Harry Potter and his friends were last here. So now the new and old have returned for a crazy new year. A very crazy year to be exact. The classes, the competition, new students, maybe a crush or two. It's only found here at Hogwarts.

E V E R Y -- D A Y -- L I F E Much of Leon's past is a haze to him. He lost his parents at a young age and learned to fend for himself. He got his wand in Egypt based on a hunch, and frequently uses it to battle over the Summer; trouble tends to follow him. He knows that his father was a broom maker, and his broom was one his father had made for him before he passed away, with his name etched in gold lettering along the side. He uses his broom to travel to other countries during his summer vacations, which is where he always runs into trouble. He has several strange scars, not all of which he remembers acquiring, but the ones he does remember came from getting in too deep against dark wizards and then realizing he couldn't handle them. This past summer he adopted Griever, a black lion cub that may or may not be a manticore in hiding...
Overall, Leon has a good sense of humor, and can be kind to a fault, sometimes forgetting to take care of himself while he's taking care of others. When he knows he's right/stronger/etc., he can get a bit boastful.A Line Of...His family tree is a mystery.A small Thing Of [L O V E]Leon has fallen hard twice, and both times was rejected. My family's manor is a big, cozy place, always filled with visitors. We have a cultural tradition of sorts, and we give shelter to all types of artists and other wizards traveling around. With that, the woods for a playground, and my three brothers (Liam is eighteen and graduated, Mark is thirteen and a prankster, and little Richard is 10 and a pure nightmare), my childhood could hardly be described as boring.
My father was rarely home, but when he was he'd delight us with his stories - he worked as a dragon keeper. He encouraged us to learn for ourselves, taught us that there was no use in weakness and that what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger. I admired him as a hero.
When he died, the year before I came to Hogwarts, it was a hard blow. But we made it through. I am usually a cheerful person, even though I'm quite sarcastic and not exactly nice or kind. I love good challenges, and I am a pure perfectionist. Everything I do, I must do it better than well. And modesty isn't exactly one of my qualities, but, after all, what goos does it being modest? I know myself, my best points and my faults, ad I don't hide any of it. As you may have noticed, I'm quite strong-minded - stubborn, some say -, and I am no weakling. I can't stand drama-queens (nor kings), or people who keep complaining.A Line Of...Pure bloods, of course. What else did you expect? My father was a Slytherin, and related to the Blacks by a long line of generations. My mother is a Ravenclaw, and a vere remote relative of the Weasleys and the Longbottoms. Together they were a pretty sweet, peaceful, caring family. Unfortunately, my father died about seven years ago, in an altercation with a dragon. Didn't I mention he was a dragon-keeper?
My mother, on the other hand, is a historian. I've grown up listening to her tales; she has spent her whole life trying to bring a new light to the story of Hogwart's founders, and says Slytherin is rather misunderstood. She's very humorous and she always taught me to look beyond appearances.
My older brother, Liam, was in Ravenclaw and is now a healer in St. Mungus. We write to each other often. Mark is a brat, he's in the third year, in Slytherin also, but we usually ignore each other.
