As far as I can see you were fine with the situation until you got money from it. So this != a big deal || anything worth crying over. At least, that's my view of it.

Obviously, I don't know the entire history of this, just what you've said in your post.
Try talking to your Dad. You say that this is not the first occasion that this has happened. Does he try to give you money every time, or was the money just a one-off?
I think it would probably be best if you explained calmly to him how this has made you feel. You want to help out, but from what I can gather from your post, you're feeling a bit used at this point. Explain that as much as you want to help out, sometimes you need to have a bit of time doing things that you want to do.
You also said that if your Mum tries to help you out, he gets angry with her. By sitting down and talking to him, you are preventing him getting angry with your Mum.
If you are worried that he will start yelling at you for doing this, write him a letter. Write down all the things you want to say to him. This will mean that you can get it clear in your head.
Whatever you do, don't turn this into a confrontation. Dealing with it calmly will show your Dad that you are mature enough to make your own decisions.
