i just wanted to brag-
someone is paying me to make a kakashi vest!!!! (from naruto)
and....... he must really trust me, because he has never seen anything that i have made before.
question-
kakashi has some buckles on the front of his vest. does anyone know where i could get some like them, or anything i could replace them with?

Do you have a picture of the vest so we can see the buckles?
You might be able to get belts or backpacks for cheap at a thirft stor and pirate the buckles from there
