Well I've realized that we've had more people compete in the competition in the main forum (this may possibly be because of the prize) than we've had with all the competitions combined in the competition subforum. Tell me what you guys think of this:

-we change the competition forum into a extended discussion forum for debating/life issues/ etc. That way people looking for intelligent conversation & life help have somewhere specific to go. We can just host contests in the main forum so they are easy to find & it wouldn't make it that cluttered as long as we keep them as stickies & don't run more than 2 at a time (plus if we limit the number of guild sponsered ones we can give out bigger prizes). Users that wanted to run their own contests (noncrew members) could just make it a regular thread like what happens in the chatterbox (only we'd be more literate)
