I thought this would be fun. Simply put your name down against someone you want to fight and time, then the person either has to accepts the challenge or refuse to fight. You can challenge people at anytime and if you want to challemge someone for their rank, most commonly the anbu captain spot you can only do it once a month if you meet some of the requirements
