lol and the rulz are pretty much just follow to TOS and im god so listen to me.

PEOPLE:

Government:
they rule the world. A group of 53 representatives who try there best to make humanity and vampires the dominant races in the world. They are always politically correct and dispatch there army's wherever possible to fight the two main rebel groups.

The Puritans:
This group of humans believe that only a world without vampires can ever be a pure one. They hunt and murder vampires without mercy and without reason. Many vampire city's have been burnt and destroyed by this rebel group.

The Dark:
This rebel goup is comprised soley of vampires who believe that humans should remain as nothing more but cattle. They hunt humans and drink them dry to further strengthen themselves. Because of there addiciton to human blood they are often extremely violent in nature.

The vatican:

Devoted to god and run by the warrior priest the Pope. They are the leaders of the only major religion in the world. Priests help spread the word of god and help the citizens of the empire as well as promote peace toward vampires. They also posses thousands of soldiers all prepared to fight the unholy enemies that lurk beneath the darkness. It is often the Vatican who protect humanity against creatures such as daemons ghosts and werewolves.

Civilians:
They are the general public. Humans who simply want to survive in this harsh world.

Vampires:
They have lived with humans unafraid of prejudice for many years now. Racism still exists however and to see a vampire in a human town is usually seen as suspicious. They have given up drinking human blood and as such have lost many of there powerful abilities. They burn and die in sunlight and of course are immortal unless they lose large amounts of blood or make contact with silver(silver acts like piosen to them they must ingest it or be cut by it before it will kill them).
Vampires die in sunlight within minutes. Fortunately the empire has developed a form of resistance to the sun. Vampire Skin Preserving agent or VSPA cream protectes vampires from sunlight. this white tinged cream is very cheap and allows vampires to live in the sun. However when it is put on it usually looks like faded white face make up. Often this often a sign of who is or isnt a vampire.it is not water proof however and so vampires are told to be careful in sunlight even while wearing VSPA.

How to kill em:
silver acts like poison.
they regenerate minor wounds as long as they have enough blood and there heart is intact. Even a small wound to there heart and they cant heal from wounds. If a vamps heart is damaged even a paper cut wont heal.

please note that you must be human or vampire. No special powers or anything like that. You are normal people you cant leap 10 metres into the air. You cant shoot something 10 miles away with a pistol. You cant dodge bullets. if a character is pointing a gun at you and you type somehting like "me quickly lunged at him before he could fire" and youll be shot and are dead. Think of it as if a person coudnt do it in reallife then they cant do it here. Magic is different however. Magic is kept to a minimum and must be secretive (as it is illegal) Also nothing to powerful.

NAME: Von Turin
APEARANCE:He is 24 years old has long blonde hair fair build...basically my Avatar but minus the red glowing shoulders ^^
BIO:He is an Exorsist of the Vatican. He hunts and kills whatever it is the Vatican tells him to. He does this becuase he is a sinner. His crimes to terrible to mention. He was shot and spent 42 hours in hell before being brought back to life by doctors. He awoke a new man....but is forever cursed with what he did in the past. After hearing of his past misdeads...and after he served 2 years jail time he begged the Vatican to forgive him so he may one day die and go to heaven. They said only god could forgive such crimes....and so he began doing gods work in hopes that in exchange he will deserve forgiveness.
OTHER: He carrys a hollowed out metal cross. He carrys most of his weapons and guns within it. He has rigged the cross so that when he pulls a lever metal sheets fold out and it becomes a large and very useful shield.
He carrys two sub machine guns (UZI's) as well as a hand cannon (just a big customized pistol) he also holds many other little items to further help him take on Daemons.

BIO: Maddie was left on a door step as a child, she has been moved from place to place looking for her birth mother while traveling she has come face to face with some rare beats. One of whom was a vampire she tryed to escape his foul fangs but failed. Thus changing Maddie into a Vampire.Over the years Maddie has grow to hate her mother.She claims that the only reason she wants to meet her now is to suck her blood until shes dead.Is this tragic non the less That she will never be capable of doing that it is agents the law and she wouldn't want to get caught.
OTHER:Maddie is strong mentally and doesnt look like much physically,She is fast,Witty and charming. Some time she may be possessed by a Demon or two. Maddie is 17 years of age.

NAME: Namine De L' Cor

BIO: Namine became a 'sister' for the Vatican. She goes out into the field with the soldiers on missions. Her main purpose is to provide assistance to the injured and administer first aid. Because she is assigned to dangerous missions Namine is trained in basic combat as well as weapons. She can do well with a gun but is much more comfortable with daggers and long pointed needles which she throws at the enemy. On one such mission, a few years back, her party was attacked by a rogue vampire. Most of the party was killed or left for dead. Her fate was different. Not only did the vampire take her innocence..he also took her humanity. Since then Namine has worked doubly hard for the vatican to rid evil creatures from the world.
OTHER: Namine dislikes what she has become. Living with it is not an issue. The problem is the way some people treat her, including some in the vatican. Becoming a vampire has not changed her nature. Namine was always and is still caring. She places the safety of others above herself. Unlike others she does not hold hatred in her heart for vampires. What happened to her is an isolated incident caused by one rogue vamp. In her career she has met many vamps who are better as persons than most humans themselves. Her only goal is to try and make things better in the world.

Bio: As a young girl, she was always getting herself into trouble. Very nosey, she could wiggle her way into anything to here what she wanted to. Her parents had to deadbolt all of the airvents in her house to keep her out of them. A devestating car crash killed her parents when she was 17, leaving her alone. She was turned about three years after by a rogue vampire. That was back in 1996. She still appears 20, eternally young forever. Living in this world is difficult for her, though she sticks to the diet.
Other:She refuses to use the vampire sunscreen, as she nicknamed it. A true child of the night, she loves clubbing. Scoping out hunters and eavesdropping is what she's best at. Able to find a hunter, due to there actions, she's rather good at finding out information to pass on to fellow vampires, warning them of the risk. Thouhg she doesn't drink from humans, she is a spy for the rebel group of vampires, the Dark.

Von:

He woke up sweating yet again. He looked around the room he had rented for the night. The wall paper was half way falling off the walls and the place smelled worse then he did. he got up out of the poor excuse for a matress and made his way to the bathroom. He looked at himself in the mirror and checked that none of his wounds were bleeding. He could still feel the scar tissue stretch as he moved his shoulder. after putting on his tattered ministers robe he started to strap on the cross. A large titanium cross. Hollowed out in the middle thats were he kept all his guns and equipment in. He had rigged it to fold out into a shield quickly just by pulling a lever. It had taken him months of training to be able to lift it quickly during a fire fight.
he made his way out of the hotel and left some cash on the front desk. Hhis job was to find and exorcise a daemon in the town. He had to do his job....he needed to in order to be forgiven....forgiven for his terrible crime. He could still hear the girls scream.

I wakeup to the annoying buzzing of my alarm.Just to find out that i have to go to school, Oh great I think as I Gather my make up. Saldy I have to do this ever morning, Wake up it's 4 a.m Get dressed put on the loads of make up to cover up who i am and who i've been. Put on a hat, VAMP sun screen put caps on my fangs and off too school i go. Just like any other morning the suns brighter then ever I start to get worried that my flesh my melt off if i get to much sun,Or if the sunscrean wares off.After getting half way to school i get dragged into an ally way, not the first thing i want to happen in th emorning but it's way better than school.


"Wh wh who who's there."Well this is wierd i quickly turn around and take the cups off just incase I'll addmit I'm alittle scared.I asked once more.

"Who's there"But nothing nothing but silence.As the day went on i was beggning to feel falloweed.My only Vampier friend said he keep seeing shdows two of them but one did not belong to me.I almost blew my cover infront of the girl in my gym class that said she'd kill a Vampire if she ever saw one ever.Of course i walked past a mirror and who came out of the bath room stall. I wonder what would happen if i bit her neck and sh efound out she was a vampire shes such a nusens i think i will one of theses days if i wouldent go to prison or some thing worse would happen if i got caught.

Finally it was 2:45, but now i ahve to walk home again.AFter walkign for about ten miniuetes i said good bye to My friend and as i turned around Bumped into a man. "teribbly sorry sir"

Namine heard the knock on the door and she got up to answer. She was wearing only her slip so she grabbed a nearby robe slipping it on before answering the door. "I'll be right there!" she called in case the person thought she was not present. Heading to the door she opened it to find one of the clerks standing there holding what seemed to be the assignment she'd been waiting for.

"Hello im Namine is that the document from the vatican detailing my assignment?"

The girl nodded at her and seemed to be shocked at her appearance. "Im sorry for my appearance but I was napping. May I have those?"

The girl awoke from her reverie and handed Namine the document. She then bowed to Namine and departed to her next destination. She couldn't help but notice the girls expression when she asked about the document. It seems she had taken a peek. Ah well nothing you can do about it, she thought. Namine stepped back into the room and took a seat on the bed. She then proceeded to read the document.

*Sister Namine*
You have been transferred to the town of BlackSnake in order to help Exorcist Von accomplish his mission. Although his exact location is not known he is within close proximity of BlackSnake. He will not be expecting your arrival. After Exorcist Von has completed his objective you will report back to the nearest Church for further orders.

She got up and put the document away with the rest of her belongings. She stepped into the shower washing herself as well as the makeup that covered parts of her skin. Stepping out she dried herself and applied the makeup on her face and hands once more. She changed into new undergarments and strapped on her weapons before finally slipping into her habit. Gathering her belongings she made herself out of the room then out of the hotel. Blacksnake was not too far from here and she was glad for that. She wondered what this Exorcist Von was like and what his mission was...

Von:

He heard the girl start yelling and sighed realizing a tantrum was unavoidable.
he turned around to face her and could see she was getting angry.
"Hey settle down kid...Who are you anyway? dont you have somewhere to be?"
It took him a few moments before he realized that the girl was a vampire in a small town. Chances where she was one of a few vampires here. No doubt she would be ridiculed for what she was. "besides if anyone bothers you about being a vampire then call the police and charge them for racism. or better yet tell your local minister" he knew that although a racism charge could be defended rather easily a minister hearing of anti vampire actions wouldn't be shot down so quickly. The church seemed to be very determined to eliminate racism in the past month.
He couldnt help but think about his mission in his head. He was totally focused on finishing his goal....to earn redemption. He had to find the daemon. According to information he had gathered it was in a physical form and was a level 2 daemon. This meant it was strong and could easily overpower a man but did not posses powerful magic or abilities....such as flight....or possession.
