That would be Springer, and the relationship was odd at best. It tended to flipflop for a time between Hot Rod and Springer.

Well I liked that romantic vibe in the movie for the sake of interest.
But really its not a topic of transformers that is very enjoyable.
Female transformers are always trouble.

"If it has breasts or wheels, it will only cause you trouble!" Naturally the language was a tad more vulgar, but you get the point. Kinda makes female Autobots seem a bit of a problem, ne?
