The Konoha Sports Festival is an event much like the Chuunin Exams, where all Countries are invited to participate, however it's set up more like the Olympics.
There will be numerous Festival Events that will be set-up over the course of the Festival for teams of two - three to participate in. All guests of the Country are invited to stay at the Konoha Grand Plaza Hotel for the duration of your stay.
Training Journals can also be kept for those that want to Chronicle what happens to them during their two-year Time Skip.
Lastly, remember this Sub-forum is in fun, much the Festival OAV, so any and all are invited to participate. Even Akatsuki members. Your characters are allowed to remember events that have happened of the course of their travels but don't let any serious-serious fights break out because of them.
