Heya everyone!
There are so many theories out there on what´s real and not, if UFOs, zombies, real fireballs and other things are all possible or not, so I thought
to make a survey of what do you think is or could be real.
Here are some outline questions, and feel free to add others! blaugh
1.What do you think can be accomplished with magic/psionics, and where do you draw the line between fantasy and reality, eg. fireballs, animating golems, invisibility spells...
2.What kind of creatures do you believe to exist/can exist on the physical plane (as on the astral almost anything can be real, from flying magical mushrooms to dark elves)
3.Do you think everyone has the power to wield magic/do psionics?
Sure it says everywhere everyone can do it, but still you can find individuals/magical systems/whatever saying its only for some

However if those limits were released, I believe any of it could be possible. I draw the line where somebody says they can destroy matter with energy, or fly, or create a visible psi ball. The thing is though, reality IS perception, and perceptions change, if they were to show me a video on live feed of any of these things happening and prove theres no "tricks" behind it, I'd believe them. Personally in my beliefs, there was a time when there was no veil, when the beings from the astral plane could physically manifest quite easily into this plane. I do think some people are just naturals, they do it easily right from the start. With practice, anything can be achieved, and with that, I return back to answer 1, about how reality is perception. The laws of physics are not set in stone, it's been said that they are simply theories that have worked so far.

I think alot can be acomplished. Many things have been accomplish with Magic(k). I drawn the line at... I geuss weird fantasy books? I mean, those ones you read, hoping to find out about magic (most people say they can sense when a book or something is real.) and it's just completely boring and not real. I geuss, most things people post have conffuzled me. xDD

I whould not like to see those, I better where a hat now. I beleive all kind, from little flying mice, to Drakes. I geuss, there is some things, I chould hardly beleive (coughmagicalflyingmushroomscough) .

Sure it says everywhere everyone can do it, but still you can find individuals/magical systems/whatever saying its only for some: Umm, I'd have to say "No.". Probably because I beleive that some people are mortals (non-magical) and some people are immortals (I know that sounds weird, but it means somebody magical.

well for psionics, as long as you have the imagination to think about trying something, the knowledge of how to do it and the experience to do such thing... pretty much anything since psionics is the ability to change reality..

Everyone have the ability.
Not everyone are equal at their potentials.

I think that a lot of things can be accomplished with magic and psionics. I'm not going to pretend to know the limits of such things, or speculate on them. As far as fireballs, animating golems, and invisibility spells go: I feel you can make a very hot psi ball, you can make a very useful energy construct, and you can cast a spell to make you very unnoticeable. I think that fantasy is exactly that: exaggeration of reality for entertainment.

I think that what can exist here is limited to evolution and what already exists here or elsewhere in the universe. That is, unless something like realms merging or other such things happen.

I think that everyone can do magic or psionics. They just need the know-how and drive to do it. Most of all, they need the belief that they can do it.

ANYHTINGS POSSIBLE!!!
or so i would like to believe... well, kinda. its not really possible to determine right now what our limits are as far as magic and psionics. to our understanding, we simple haven't reached our limits yet, so we have no idea really how far we have left to expand. biggrin
as for what kind of creatures can exist, i would asume when we as a race have hit our maximum potential we will be able to make something awesome.
and i suppose anyone can use magic/psionics so long as they have sufficient practice.
