I've been a Freshman for a while... How do I become a Sophomore? I believe my skills are adequate enough to finally move on to the next grade.

If you had looked in the ID thread, second post, you could read that it says "Sophomores! They made 50+ posts." So if you have 50 posts, minimum, then you automatically become a Sophomore.
But you only have 28 posts, so you have a ways to go.
