Anime can definitely spark some creativity out there, so here's a place to spread the wealth of great anime and mangas.
Please make it more than just listing, but discuss why you like it and why you'd recommend it to other people. Also, if you see someone on here with something you like, talk about it, or ask people more in-depth about a particular series.

Oh! Anime and Manga! ^^
Let's see...
Dn Angel- I love the romance and comedy. It's a really great manga with great art and an awesome story line. =3 Truthfully, I like the Manga better than the Anime. Daisuke and Wiz are my two favorites!
Fate/Stay Night- I stumbled upon this one while watching an AMV, really cool stoy line, and I love these types of anime. All I have seen is the anime, so I dunno know about the manga.
Fruits basket- I love this one! ^^ I lovew the art and the story line. The romance and comedy are awesome, I like the Manga better than the Anime but I'll still watch the anime. Shigure and Haru rock!
That's all I can think of for now...>> I will most likely go "OH YEAH!" If someone else mentions another one I know...But all three, I tottaly think others should read/watch, they're awesome. =D
