Super Mario Galaxy is released in the US on Tuesday. Are any of you anticipating it's release?

Sort of, although I won't be getting it until much later. Strange though it sounds, SMG isn't at the top of my list of priorities. I have no doubt that it will be the s**t, however.

Same here. There are a number of things I'm buying between this week and next week in which I can't fit that in. List of things I'm buying/bought this week and next week: 1. Beatles Help! DVD 2. The McCartney Years 3-Disk DVD 3. Spice Girls Greatest hits w/DVD 4. The Three Stooges Collection Vol. 1 As you can see there is no room for games. lol

Ya. I'm really looking forward to Trauma Center and NiGHTS. Fire Emblem too, but not as much, while still being higher than Galaxy. Does anyone know where I can find the extended Fire Emblem theme? (not "Together we ride")

I'll be too busy playing the new Fire Emblem and Uncharted to bother with yet another platofrmer with a plumber as the star.

I've had the game pre-ordered for the past 7 months. I'll be getting my coin and my game on Tuesday and the case will not be leaving my hand (even as I drive home) until I have the disc firmly inside the Wii and the Motion Caution notice on, at which point I will play the game for approximately 6 hours non-stop and then go to bed. Happy SMG Day!

I thought that every Tv show and Movie have been out for DVD. Well I guess I was wrong. But I want to ask you one thing. Why Spice Girls?

I like other bands/singers more but I still like them. xD

Galaxy actually comes out on Sunday or Monday. But that of course depends on your location. Most stores such as Target, Walmart don't get it until Monday.
Nintendo World Store starts selling them a midnight tonight.

I had a choice between Galaxy and Assassin's Creed. While I KNOW I will buy Galaxy, playing Assassin's Creed will keep me occupied for some time.
Got it today...well worth it...

I got it today as a early Christmas gift! Woot!!!
Didn't play it yet. My younger brother got a fishing and hunting game and he bought the wiiblaster (though I want the wiizapper) and the fishing reel attachments.

My ex-gf just gave me the super mario galaxy yeste.. well on Saturday. I got to play it on Sunday and I like it. It gives the same feel of game play progress as Mario 64 did, where you have to collect stars to open new areas and such. Not too hard to pick up the game to play, unless if you are really bad at moving in a spacial world.
I like how they quickly guide you to the game without actually being too heavy of a tutorial. First its the simple move and point to pick up those stars then moving in sphere to catch the bunny so you get used to running around in weird angles and pretty much after that the game starts, of course you fiddle around in between to find out how to jump, and stomp and such which is pretty much the same in a lot of the recent mario releases
