Maso streatched out in the miday sun shaking her head and her whole body from the movement. She then sat down and reapped her tai laround her legs as she looked around she was still close to the jungel where she had meet the female lioness with two cubs. Her lips began to sneer alittle thinking of a mother with her little ones. She thought that it was not right that the littles ones she saw where abel to keep their mother. Why could she not? She was small she wouldn't take up much space. She then shook her head as she grunted a little as a voice began to speak in her mind.
~She never wanted you. You where to weak in her eyes. She hated you!~
"SHUT UP!!!" Masozi'ambala yelled out as she fell to the ground her paws moving to her head.

It hadn't been too long since Chui left Miles to himself and his home. He knew all to well that a comfortable life like that would never help him to overcome what he now recognized to be a mental issue. Head down, the young leopard made his way back to the borders of the jungle. He sighed dejectedly, his tail hanging limp, ears low as well. The juve didn't even realize that he had already passed the last few trees that marked the border of his path. Though, by the time he did notice that it had suddenly gotten much too hot for him to still be under the protection of the trees, it was just a tad too late. Chui had managed to step on a tuft of fur, as well as trip over the body of a young lioness while looking to see what he had stepped on. He fell with a semi-loud thud on the other side of her.
"Owowow...." he muttered to himself as he stood back up. The leopard blinked several times at what he'd tripped over, still not fully recognizing what it was exactly. Despite that, he lowered his head slightly. "Sorry! I really wasn't looking where I was going. Sorry!" He repeated the "sorry" part several times before finally looking up to see the face of a young lioness, perhaps a bit younger than him age-wise. She looked almost harmless, so he smiled slightly.

Maso picked herself up as the voice was over shadowed by this male tripping over her. She began to ground as her nails peeked out from her paws.
"WHATS THE BIG IDEA!" She yelled out not even caring about this male was bigger then her. "Are you blind or something or just to dumb to notice I was here." She spat out as her tail was flaring and the fur on the back of her neck to her behind was standing up straight.
"Seriously now some things can just be so inconsiderate." She spat out once more ignoring the fact he said sorry. "Another the are you weak or something coring over there like you just upset the rainstorm and now its about to drowned you." She growled out as her fount body leaned closer to the ground a little ready to strike if this male was not going to act the way she wanted him to.

Thought too soon kid, Zani chided. She looks about ready to rip off your head and eat it too. Are you gonna take that? Chui wrinkled his nose, disgusted at the thought of losing to a...to a....a girl.
"Look I said I was sorry, what else do you want? A head and a paw?" he retorted. "Besides, I wasn't cowering. I happen to live in that jungle, I just had a lot on my mind. Not that you seem the type to know what that feels like." He looked at her oddly, trying to figure out what she was doing out here all alone. "Where's your mommy pipsqueak?" he teased, eyes dancing with sudden delight. Chui felt something at the back of his mind tug a little...and he was slowly losing himself.
I'm genuinely concerned though, Chui thought.
Who gives a baboon's a** about that? She's alone, you can totally take her! Zani fought back, trying to keep his control over the leopard's physical body.
But....
Chui smiled a devilish smile, eyes squinting quite a bit. "Y'know I bet she left you all alone on purpose. It's easy for something as small as you to get squished by us bigger, stronger animals." His smile widened, his canines glinting in the sunlight.
No...

She blinked a few times then a deep growl came from inside her. Her tail twitched with the uttermost anger as her head downcasted itself a little.
"Take...that back." She said forcefully.

The young leopard smirked again, enjoying the sight of the little lioness seething because him. "And if I don't? What're you," he paused and tapped her head a bit hard. "Gonna do about it?" Roozani sat back, salmon eyes still glinting peculiarly as he looked down at Maso. "You were probably too much of a handful for her. I bet if she didn't have any other choice, she would've killed you if you stuck with her."
No...
Zani continued, his voice growing louder as his monologue went on. "She would've snapped your neck so easily. I can see it now...her big jaws clamped down on your little body."
No...
"Oh! And what about your dad? HA! I bet gave you up as soon as you were born. Your mom probably just thought that you might come out a nice little piece of meat. Worth waiting for to have a nice dinner someday."
That's enough!
Chui pushed his own consciousness back in control, clenching his eyes shut as he tried his hardest to supress Zani long enough to apologize. He lifted a paw to his head, clearing his mind as best as he could. Waiting...for the calm. And it came, and he opened his eyes slowly. The whole world before him was spinning; he groaned quietly, then muttered some sort of apology before he lay down, head between his paws.

Chui whimpered a little, lightly pawing at the small scratch that she managed to put on him. He sat up and walked over to her, ears low and head hanging. He walked over to her and sat down nearby, heart sinking even more the longer he heard her crying. "L-listen," he said quietly, "I'm sorry. I mean I'm really, really sorry." He scooted a little closer. "Look, it....that, just now, it wasn't me." Before he continued, Chui realized that he must've sounded crazy right about now, and he quieted again.

Maso was curled into a ball as large tears roled down her cheeks she said nothing as she looked over to him. She didn't think he was crazt. What was crazy was hearing voices in your head. She sniffled a ltitle as she rubbed her tears away. She said nothing as she moved away from him alittle but did not seem scared of him. Just hurt.

Chui sighed. As usual, Zani was merciless whenever he managed to get free. The young leopard continued to scoot toward her, then finally stopped and decided to keep his distance when he started talking. The only way he'd at least get her attention would be telling her the truth. He let out a long breathe, then started talking. "Look...s-sometimes, when I'm at my calmest......I um, get this..v-voice in my head..." and he paused. "And...sometimes..he can, you know.....take over."
Well he was most definitely crazy. Chui blinked several times, finally realizing his issue for what it was. He had a mental condition, and there wasn't anything he could do to change it. The thought made him frown. "And...well, what you just saw and heard. Well...it was that other me. I know it..it sounds crazy, but you have to believe me. If that was really me, would I be apologizing to you?"

She looked to him and nodded a little.
"Your...right." She said softly as she moved away and then choked back her tears.
"I...I have voices too but they don't take over...their just really louds." She said softly as she looked to the tan colored leopard male.

Chui smiled a bit, letting out a soft chuckle. "Lucky you. He doesn't get out often, but when he does...well, he's like what you just saw." The leopard scooted over a little closer. "So...do you accept my apology?" he asked, feeling Zani thrash around in his mind, still trying to get free.
He outwardly grimaced, trying his hardest to keep the small smile on his face. It was enough that she'd seen him once, a second encounter would be way too much. "I'm Chui, by the way. What's your name?"

"I do...and its Masozi'ambala." She said softly as she looked to him but didn't mind his scooting closer.
"Why...why do these things happen?" She said as she looked to the male then to the sky.
"Why does life have to hurt? Why does the head ache come at times thier not wanted..." She said as she looked to a grasshopper hopping along the ground.

"It's been like this for me for as long as I can remember.." he replied. "And I think it's the reason I don't have a family. I...ask myself that question all the time, but I still don't have an answer." Chui scooted until he was about a foot away from Maso. "Life is just naturally hurtful, but it has good days too, trust me. And it gets easier when you find people that like you for what you are, voice in your head or not." The leopard smiled reassuringly.

"You think that what happened?" She said softly before look at the grass hopper.
