YEAH, my drum line waz the second tinyest at one competition, it waz kinda sad though. We have NOW(we lost a snare drumer to football) 3 snare drummers, 3(somethimes1 or 2) basests, 2 symbole players, and 1 quads player, so, my skool has 9 percutionests on on good day...

a bit of a large percussion section for a 50 sumthin member band (that INCLUDES the drumline) : P
haha but there was a band last year, that u really couldnt call a band since it was literally 4 people with the rest being color guard lol they had like a snare player, a brass, and like 2 woodwind players lol it was funny

Let's see...
We have 1 bass drum (me!), two to three snares, a bell player who was our cymbalist and is turning to quads, and another quad. We used to have another bass drum, but I think he was scared off.
No pit for us. smile
So yes. My MB has one tiny drum line.

Of course our line is tiny. We have two bass drums, two snares, two cymbals and Gabe the One-Man Drumline. He plays the quads, but he is, quite literally, the One-Man Drumline. During practices, he will sprint acorss the field at will and help another percussionist play his or her instrument.

Hahaha, So my first year of Highschool Marching Band our drumline was definitely 3 people big (or I guess small really). 1 bassdrum (me) one tenor, and one snare. The next I think we had a 33% increase in size with the addition of another bass drum. Then for my junior year i moved to Iowa, in which I was enrolled in a battery of 24 people and a pit of 10, (larger than my entire previous band). Now I'm back in the same band I started out with, but this time a senior. the band has tripled in size, and the drumline as well... so in all honesty I've gone from the smallest drumline I thought possible, to a very decent sized one razz

Let's see two snare, two tomes, two bass, and a cymbal player. Me being on cymbals. But our drum line was more for show or for marching band as we did cadence. But I would like to think we did pretty good
