The Hungry Tip Jar
The Hungry Tip Jar is a bookstore roleplay thread, boasting the largest selection of literature and art in all of Desu Village. If you have a story or art you'd like to display, please share it with us. With your permission and a once over to make sure it checks out, we'll post a hotlink to your work in here.
With the first few posts, I'll try to paint a picture in your mind of the layout of this particular shop. Outside, there are two rather large trees, both under the colorful effects of autumn. Between the two trees is a coblestone walkway, kinda colorful and swervy. An open air front porch is home to several chairs and tables, none of which seem to have the dust of neglect. Though old, the place is remarkably well kept.
A few things before you post,
1. TOS, people. It's there for a reason. I know most of you don't need to worry about breaking this one, but I'm posting it just in case someone was left out of the loop. Anyone found to be in violation of the Terms will be banned, reported, hunted down, beaten, tar'd, fethered, and finally, slow roasted over an open-air grill with 11 herbs and spices. THIS MEANS YOU.
2. If you're gonna bump, bump with substance. This is a roleplay thread, not a contest. The only thing needlessly bumping this thread will get you is kicked out. And further progression of your carpal tunnel. (At the moment, this is the only thread here, so bumping is useless anyways.)
3. Begging = clobbered. No exceptions. We have a whole other forum for that, don't bring it in here.
4. Have fun. It's why you're here!

The Observatory
It's really just the top of the attic. Overrun by experiments, mechanical tinkerings, and journals and home to many clear and stained glass windows, this place gives an incredible ambiance to all who enter.

The Cellar
Home to the history books, though not all books are so harmless. You can find how Desu Village got started here, and on occasion, you might find an occult manuscript or long-forgotten warlocks texts. I don't know, those were there when I bought the place!
