I know! I mean everyone I know in RL have barely seen an episode, I need some people to talk to! sad

I wish I had a Xenite friend. I have nooobbooddy at all to talk to, really.

The only way I could get a Xenite friend I think would to force someone to watch a couple episodes, until they were hooked. But alas... I don't have them on DVD... gonk

That works really well, actually.
My xenite friend did that to everyone she knows.
And then they were all like "I can't stop thinking about Xena! We gotta watch more!"
It's like a drug.
Once you start you just can't stop.

My sister is kinda hooked on the series. She watched through season 1 and maybe a bit of season 2. I'm getting season 3 right now so we can watch it together (her watching it for the first time and me for like...the third or fourth time.)

The convention here in California in LA, I looked into it. It costs an arm and a leg to go. Ok well to go properly I should say. Its something like $500 for the backstage passes and $1000 for the gold membership thingy that lets you get in front of all the seminars, to the front of the autograph lines, and all that other fun what not.

I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere and half the people don't even know what Xena is. It sucks! It is much like a drug, I got the episodes on DVD a few months ago, now every weekend, I grab a blankie, my dog, and watch Xena for about 8 hours. You know its late, you know you've got things to do in a few hours, but you just can't help yourself and watch just one more episode...six episodes later.

Does anyone else get positively enraptured by the series? I've got a friend who is pretty in to the series and she says she is but she fell asleep watching it! I don't see how anyone could possible fall asleep watching Xena except for the fight scenes which do get a little repetitive on occasion. But still. Besides that, there's a lot of symbolism and what not to be seen and pondered about over it. It's brainfood!! Alas, I digress.
